Topic: Soul Mate Relationships: Preparing Yourself
August 1, 2015

HANS:
The topic for today is "Soul Mate Relationships.” We actually have contracts with individuals that we have been with before in previous lifetimes. Then we agreed to do certain things... their Guides, your Guides, everybody got together before we came in here... had a little tea-party. And they all decided what was best in this lifetime for you.

And certain people said: Well let me help you with that because you helped me with the other before. So what happens is you come here and gradually the people that you are supposed to meet, you are drawn to. And a lot of times I have clients that will say: Are you sure I chose that person I'm living with? And I'll say: Yes, you did.

But Soul Mates... In order to get to where you start to deal with your Soul Mates that come through your life, you first have to find a clear spot within yourself. Now this sounds very simple, but it is not. If you picture a square and you cut the square into 4's and you put little titles on it: My Capability To Love, The Attraction Aspect, My Availability Aspect... And then you come over to this little one on the right-hand side and it says: Trust. And that one, for many, many, many thousands of people is the one they have the hardest time with.

So if they have been out of a relationship for awhile, the trust factor begins to listen to the mind chatter. And as it listens to the mind chatter, what it's doing is very slowly disconnecting us from the possibilities. Because it sends false signals to the trust department and saying: Well, you know what, if you venture out to that you could get hurt. What happened last time could happen again.

And pretty soon it talks us out of it. So the other 3 are saying: Yes, I'm available. You're verbalizing: Yes, I'm available. But actually there's no room in the heart for the trust factor.

ALFRED:
And that has to do a lot with letting go of previous traumas, previous issues, previous experiences, that caused you not to trust. Now, of course, using all of Hans King's wisdom and guidance, you'll be learning about how to let go of the past so that you can allow yourself to trust once again. But the most important thing is, when building trust, is not to bring previous relationships into your current relationship.

HANS:
That's the key.

ALFRED:
And if you are not trusting, that's because of something that's happened in a previous relationship. And what we're talking about is making space for a new relationship. If your old relationship is still with you, still in your heart-space, as Hans says: You have a padlock.

HANS:
Yes. For many of you, you've not only locked the door, but you've actually had a padlock installed. And sometimes the Spirit will say to you: Please, if you can't open the door, will you just unlock it for a moment to allow us to work with you?

I actually have clients that will say to me: I'm not going to make myself available for another relationship until my perfect lover shows up. Well folks, you can't do that. Because life with Spirit is about trust. But each of you, go into your heart, and ask yourself have you cleared up that space? Okay?

Another thing that the mind chatter tells you is that you may not be good enough for a relationship... you may not be pretty enough... you may not be handsome enough... there may be something wrong with you physically you think. And so you start to talk yourself out of the possibility.

But I'll tell you this: Everyone has someone. Everyone. You are never destined to be alone unless your entire life's lesson is about "The Power of The One." And most of you haven't come to that place quite yet in your life.

If you feel, in your heart, and I know Peter, we've been dealing with this with you in New York. And what I'm saying to you is: It's never of matter of "when," my friend, it's a matter of "believing that it is already happening." That's the key. Know in your heart it's already. Don't wonder it, don't doubt it, don't run your safety mechanisms by it,  and don't run your trust mechanisms by it - "know" it.

And every time that mind chatter comes up and tries to engage you and say: You know what, you can't put yourself out there, you can't trust this issue. You need to turn to that and say: No, that's not true.

Another aspect to consider, when looking for a Soul Mate Relationships is: Do I love myself enough to allow myself to be happy? That's a tough one folks. We've been told, since the day we're born, if not by parents... perhaps you have totally supportive parents... but somewhere along the way - in schools, somewhere watching television, advertising, you will be informed that you are not good enough “yet.” And if you buy this product, if you take this course, if you do this thing, then you could begin to get good enough.

Implementing a state of trust into your life is key to you finding the relationship with yourself that supports and allows for a relationship with someone else. Alfred?

ALFRED:
The topic that we're trying to get to right now is making sure that you are ready, that you are available for a Soul Mate Relationship. It is not about a Soul Mate coming in and fixing you. It is about you being available, being ready. Okay? Being who you are. A perfect soul with perfect confidence - that you are who you are. And then attracting a Soul Mate with that vibration.

HANS:
And trusting.

ALFRED:
And trusting. So if you happen to have the vibration of: I'm not good enough, I'm not deserving, what do you think is going to be attracted to you?

HANS:
Yes.

ALFRED:
People who are going to tell you you're not good enough, you're not deserving.  You're not going to get your proper Soul Mate. Instead you're going to get people attracted to you with a similar vibration. Okay? So what we're trying to tell you is "before" you start looking for your Soul Mate, make sure you've done your inner work. As we've talked about previously, make sure you've opened the trust factor.

And in this topic, what we're making sure that you look at is: Are you "deserving" of that Soul Mate Relationship? And that is the vibration that you put out - that you are deserving of love, you are deserving of kindness, you are deserving of joy, and those are the things that you want and will have in your life.

HANS:
And you will. Now folks, sometimes people will say to me: Well Hansie, I'm 52 years old. I mean, I'm getting a little long in the tooth. And when is this going to happen? I said: When you learn to love yourself enough to give yourself someone new. So many people are still waiting. You've heard me hound you about this through the years. So many people are waiting for someone to show up to tell them they're okay. You need to tell yourself you're already okay.

All the people that we see on the television, in the movies, people who have become very big in whatever endeavor, whatever field they're in... very respected... never said: I'm hoping somebody will tell me I'm okay to do this... I'm hoping somebody will come and validate my existence. They already knew it.

I just was reading a story today about the richest woman in China. Her first name is Zhou. She starting working in a factory, as a teenager... a factory. She got $1.00 a day. And they showed her little security card she had used to get into the factory. Today she is the wealthiest woman in China. Her company makes all the glass on iPhones, iPads. Her company makes half of all the glass on half of all the computers in the world.

She had to drop out of High School because she couldn't afford to go. Do you think ever, in that woman's life, she ever told herself she wasn't good enough... that she couldn't make it? In reading her story today, she said somewhere in her she always knew. She believed that there was something greater for her than what her circumstances ever dictated to.

Relationships. When you build the relationship with yourself there are tons of possibilities that can occur.

And that concludes the lesson for today.

Topic: Death and The Soul's Passing
April 13, 2015

HANS:
Hello everyone. Today's topic is "Death and the Soul's Passing." It's one of the toughest things that ever happens to us is the anticipation of someone passing and the actual passing. So many of us are connected to another person so strongly that the very idea of them leaving us, or abandoning us and going on without us, is terrifying. There's another fear, Alfred, that comes up... and I hear it a lot from people: Have they moved on beyond me? Will they still be here for me? Will they still be guarding me and taking care of me? The answer is "absolutely."

They don't move on beyond you. They go into their own new thing that they have to do. But remember that the time of the Spirit is very rapid. A day for them is like a month to us. Okay? So they don't view the time so much so they don't feel its been so long since they've been gone.

But it is a terrible time when someone that you have loved very much has to say goodbye. But they're really not leaving. They're simply going into that dimension that you go into every night that you go to sleep. And therefore you are still totally available to them. It's in the nighttime. And then in the daytime, you can ask them to help you with specific areas in your life - what you'd like to have done. In other words, most people I have found let the person who has passed away go - literally. They let them go. Even though they believe in their heart that that person can help them, they don't include them, they don't give them things to do.

And that's one of the things that I think that a lot of people need to look at is why we feel that we need to abandon those that we love. And one of the things that Spirit has said to me was: They never leave us. But they, which is us, most always leave them. And I said: Why? They said: Because it's too painful to call us up in consciousness. He said: Include us. Include your mother, or your father, your grandma. Include them in your life. Your child... include them in your life - on a daily basis. Speak to them in the morning when you get up. I like to say: Give them things to do. They absolutely love that. Because they're not supposed to interfere, Alfred, unless we give them permission to do so.

ALFRED:
Absolutely. And the truth of what we're trying to say here about death is those souls who have passed, in reality, love us even more, and support us even more, and want to be with us and help us even more from the Other Side.

HANS:
Very true, very true.

ALFRED:
And since they've let go of the humanness...

HANS:
Their human perceptions.

ALFRED:
Yes. All they are is unconditional love. So the normal way, should we say, the human way, the mind chatter way, is to view death as something wrong. Yes, of course, you can mourn the person. Yes, of course, you can remember all of the good things that happened. But the truth is that that soul is around you and wants to be involved in you, at least, if not more, than that person was when they were here on earth.

HANS:
Um hmm. Do we have any other questions on Death, Alfred?

ALFRED:
Oh, we absolutely do have more, Hans. How do you deal with the mind chatter of somebody passing?

HANS:
That's a tough one. Because the mind chatter has its own perception of your relationship with that person. By that it may say: I never got to say this... or they never said that to me. And it gets the mind chatter involved. Rather than say: I love that person and they love me and I know they're going to be there for me as I proceed down the path. We start going into memory and finding pain and say: Oh, I wish this could have happened... or I wish my mom had said this... or my dad had said that. And we go into a place where the mind chatter just begins to explode in pain. And that's the time when you want to say: You know what? None of this is true. I'm not going to allow this mind chatter to interfere with my love for the person who's crossed over.

Sometimes, Alfred, when people pass over, there are a lot of what I'm going to call lost expectations - things that might have been, things that could have been said. But remember, that person only came into this life to assist you on your journey. And so no matter what it appears like, that person was here to be a mirror and a growth partner with us.

ALFRED:
So is it okay to grieve someone's passing?

HANS:
Oh, Heaven's yes. Absolutely. But in your grief, don't grieve for them. Grieve for the appearance of the loss of their presence. That's what you can grieve for. They're fine. They're beautiful. They're okay. We're the ones who are left with the problem. So yes, you can grieve them but remember we're really grieving the loss that we feel of their identity and their personage. We miss being able to hug them, or pick the phone up.

I still picked the phone up for a year, a year and a half, after my father died to call him. I never told anybody that. But I did it all the time. Because for 47 years I did. And it's very hard to simply shut that off, Alfred, and say: Oh, just don't do that anymore. That's not how the human psyche works. Okay? But as I developed my relationship with my dad, after he was gone, the need for being able to do that diminished. Okay?

ALFRED:
What about how we make them feel? For example, the difference between us being sad that they're gone or us being happy remembering their life. Do they feel that on the Other Side?

HANS:
Absolutely. And this is what I try to say to people, Alfred: You're making them feel bad. Don't do that. And people get mad at me and say: How can you say those types of things? Because it's true. They feel... As I like to say: When you smile Spirit smiles. When you laugh Spirit laughs. Always. So if you're wandering around crying all the time and depressed and suicidal thoughts and all of that stuff, they feel that, they hear that, and then they feel bad that they caused you pain.

But each person in our life, for as long as our life on This Side exists, has a contract with us. And those contracts don't always mean that that persons stays with you for the entirety. It doesn't mean that. So enjoy the person while they're here, love them while they're here, knowing that they did not go anywhere you're  not. There's the key, children. They did not go anywhere that you're not going. And Christ said: I go before you to prepare a room for you in my father's house.

In other words... Let's say your mom or your dad passes away, they're going back home again. And when they do, they prepare a space for you when your time here is over. The love never dies. You don't love your parents, or your lover, or your loved one, or your doggy, or whatever... you don't love them less because they left you. Love was eternal.

ALFRED:
And I think that's it for the questions we have on Passing, Hans.

HANS:
Alrighty. This is a very, very difficult subject everyone. And each and every one of you will face this subject, if you live a normal life span, several times in your lifetime. But remember, they are right beside you “always” in consciousness.

Okay, Alfred, I think that will conclude the lesson for today.

Topic: The Perception of Death
February 28, 2015

HANS:
Hello everyone. Today's topic is "The Perception of Death." It's certainly an interesting title, and I want to say to everyone that life is a continuum. There is no beginning and there is no end. In the human form we are guided by a perception that says you become alive when you are born and you die when you die and your soul goes to Heaven and... Basically what it is is throughout our lives we are constantly going to different levels of consciousness to enrich our soul. So when we're here in the human world, we have human attachments. And those human attachments, these wonderful people who love us and... I had a lovely lady come up to me at Agape and she says: Hansie, are you taking care of yourself? I said: As best I can. I said: Why? She says: Because I would die if we lost you. And I said: No child you would not. Because I would continue to impress energy on you after I left. All you have to do is call me. Just ask for me.

Death is something that is not real. All that's happening is that the physical attachment... Let's say the car we bought is getting rusty, it's getting old, but the interior's still fine... So my interior's still fine. I don't believe I'm going anywhere for any number of years to come. However, a lot of people have an awareness that they believe in the totality of death. That when you pass away that's it, goodbye, no more. Nothing, children, could be further from the truth.

A lovely lady at Agape came up to me and said: Hans, my mother died last week and we didn't have a good relationship and I'm so sad we parted the way we did. I said: Were you there? She said: Yes. I said: She passed through you on the way home. And when she got home, she was quickly able to see what had happened. She's at peace now and she's hugging you and saying: Don't believe what happened was who I am. You see? Don't believe what happened is who I am. So it's time for all of us, at some point, to say goodbye. There's no one in this listening audience who will not lose someone. That is the way of life. How you approach it is another matter entirely. Our Irish friends hold a Wake and celebrate and sort of get a little sloshy and they honor the person that Hawaiians do. So many of our oldest cultures honor the person on the way out of this adventure - which is all it ever was in the first place.

Sometimes we have only one friend and that friend is a parent, or a lover, or a loved one. And that person gets sick and terror fills our heart. And we say: What will we do if they leave us?  And I would say to you: You'll be fine because God is great, love is eternal. You will never lose...never ever lose the love of that individual. I lost my partner of 47 years some years ago. How did I handle that? Not well. Even knowing what I know, I still suffered. I wound up in the hospital. And then magic occurred. Out of all that. And Alfred showed up. And so what I'm saying to you is there is no beginning, there is no end, there simply "is."

Many of you have relationships with individuals you would have never dreamed you would ever be in with that one. But what you don't know is the "why." So you have contracts with people who will come into your life and you have contracts with people who will leave your life as you will leave your life one day. And what you want to always be certain is that you stay on track to accomplish all that you came in to do the best you can. You may not, children, get to everything in this lifetime. I don't know that I will. But Spirit doesn't look at that. Do they? They always say: And what was the intention? That's where they come from.

At the moment of crossing, the Spirit cuts our silver cord, you know nothing about it, you don't feel anything, nothing happens, you simply go to sleep for a moment. 5 minutes later, if there is such a thing is time, that's what they guesstimate, you wake up and oh, oh, it's you, it's you. Oh, oh I forgot. Oh my God, I forgot...all my family and friends. And then a party ensues. Alfred's Italian so he's going to have a very big party. Aren't you, Alfred?

ALFRED:
Absolutely. And that's one of the big things is the mind cannot fathom life without the body because it is the body. However, the soul truly knows that this body is merely an experience and there will be many more of those experiences.

HANS:
Many, many more.

ALFRED:
Many more.

HANS:
And you know Alfred, this is how strange we are as Spirit in human form.  We say we're afraid of death and every night we ask to go to sleep, to lose consciousness, believing we will wake up. Every night we go to sleep. Oh, for a lovely night's sleep. Oh, oh... We're not afraid to die at all. You see? Because you have a consciousness that's says oh, but you'll wake up. Folks, when you make your crossing you also will wake up. You see what I'm saying? So that's why I say that life is a continuum.

Please don't be afraid of death. If you want to worry about anything, worry about life. It's very complicated (laughing). Death is very simple. The Other Side is beautiful. But you've got to stick it out, finish the job. And you'll know, you'll know that when your partner, your mom or your dad or your sister or brother or your child leaves you, they're in such love, such love. The abundance of love is everywhere. And for all these 60 years I've been in service I've heard Spirit come back and say: I had no idea. I feared for nothing. Everything is beautiful.

And they can do little things around the house. They can put the TV on, put it off, turn lights on and off, tilt pictures...All kinds of fun things. Love everyone you can for as long as you can. But that love will never die when that person leaves you or you leave that person. Alfred, I think that will conclude the lesson for today.

Life changing lessons in a little hour package.

Here on GUIDANCE FOR YOUR LIFE we do our best to guide your soul to the best life it could possibly have. So for our topic today: The Hero's Journey. Without further ado, I present to you the Modern Day Mystic himself Hans Christian King.

Hans:
You want to think sometimes about heroes, explorers if you will. People who were willing to exit the journey they were on and begin to perhaps look around.  You know, the easiest thing for us all to do is to continue to paddle downstream because it's the path of least resistance. But every once in awhile, every once in awhile, we glance over to our left, or we glance over to our right. Oh look at that beautiful meadow...oh look, there's a tributary to this stream...I wonder what's up there... But that's all the further it gets. Because the path that you're on is the simplest. It presents itself as a no-brainier. It says if you do this, thus, and such, here is the result. But the result is always the same. It brings you to a place of not being fulfilled.

Great explorers got off the main stream but their canoes on their backs, like the Indians did, and went off on these different tributaries searching for another way, looking for something different, something maybe stimulating. Such is life. As humans we have been taught that the path most frequented is the right path for everyone. But if everyone did that path and everyone stayed on that path, absolutely nothing would have been discovered. There would be no Internet, there would be no Television, there would be no Airplanes. Everybody would have said: No, that can't be done. Just follow this path here, it will take you to where you need to be.

So a hero to me is somebody who says: Well, I thank you for your opinion but I'm really feeling like I want to look over here, perhaps at that meadow, or look over here perhaps at that other stream just to see where it takes me. And then society says: Aah, but wait a minute. If you go down that path you could fail. And you can say: Yes, what you're saying is true, but what is failure? Because another path, or another solution will present itself. So a hero is somebody who says: I will find another way for my life.

Alfred, you're a younger person, what say you on this subject?

Alfred:
And a lot of our clients, and also in my own life, there's something inside of us that helps us, tries to guide us, direct us towards that which would bring us meaning, that which is part of our life's dharma, our life's path. And a lot of the part of The Hero's Journey that we've been hearing about from our clients is the courage it takes to follow a voice inside of you that you can barely identify with. What do you tell clients Hans when they say they feel they should do something and they need courage to take that step towards that bumpy road?

Hans:
What I like to remind them of Alfred, is that in my 60 years of service, I have yet to know anyone to jump off the cliff that the net did not appear. Always. When you feel you need to make a right or a left or jump off the cliff, the Spirit has your back. Because what you're saying when you say: I'm going to jump. I'm going to create something new. You're saying: I believe. I trust that there must be something better than what I'm doing. And of course always, as all of you know, the enemy in all of this is the negative mind chatter. You'll notice that the mind chatter doesn't normally support you in your decision. It sends up all kinds of fears and doubts. It says: Oh my gosh, what if, what if this, what if that...what if, what if - who cares? For every what if, a solution will appear. Always. For every what if, a solution will always appear.

There are no endings. There are no beginnings. There simply is, in and of the moment. So when you trust to take another path... I had a lovely lady the other day and she said to me: You know Hans, I have been a school principal now for 25 years. And she said: Although I love working with my students and my faculty...the staff, she said: It just isn't me. And I said to her: Well Mary, what is you? She said: Well, I did the mirror exercise like you asked me to do and I told myself I was going to find out who I was and when I did I was going to take very good care of me. And I decided I'd always wanted to go to Greece but I never could put that together. And she said: So, I did some checking around and I found several schools. And I applied for it and she said I got a job in Athens. And she said: I'm going there in a couple of weeks to start a brand new life. She says: But when I did that, all I could hear, Hans, is you saying: And the net will always appear. She said: When I made that decision, all these different doors that I had never seen suddenly appeared. And that's the courage in the hero is the "quiet knowing". I believe, I know, I understand, I am protected.

Alfred:
And that's what we're trying to tell you is if you're looking for what would make your life memorable, is to have faith, is to trust that voice inside of you. You may not hear it loudly, you may not hear it clearly, but it will point you in a direction you may not even understand. And hopefully you'll be able to differentiate what that voice inside of you is saying, what your Guidance is saying, what your soul is saying, and hear it differently from what your mind is telling you. And that's a lot of what we try to help you with is to help you get in touch with your inner-self, your higher-self, your true-self, your soul, your Guidance, to follow that inner voice towards meaning.

Hans:
You know folks, I'm rather blunt as many of you know, but one of the things that I say to people that sort of sets them back... They will say: Well Hans what I want to do... And I say: Wait a minute, hold on. I'm not interested in what you want to do. And they look at me. I said: Tell me what you're going to do. Now folks, there's a hero there. Don't tell me what you want to do. Because when you tell me what you want to do you come from a place of lack and the energy that supports that is an energy of lack, an energy of scarcity. When you say to me: Hans, I'm going to do the following... You can add: I don't know how, but I know that my Guides, I know that my God will present me with the possibility. And folks, every time it happens. And there are times, for all of us, when we ask Spirit for something and we're willing to go down that road but we're slightly in front of the timing. I could name some people right now in our wonderful audience who sometimes jump the gun and then they wonder why the Spirit didn't support them, but they don't know the Spirit hasn't supported them because they don't know when the timing for it is. A hero is somebody who follows an idea and sees it through to the completion. And for all of you, you can be the hero in your own life.

Alfred:
That's a really good point. Two things here that those of you who are looking for meaning should pay attention to. When something just pops out of you. When there's a deep desire to do something and you wonder where it came from... I'll reflect upon my own life. For example, I'm 15 years old living in a group home, which basically is an orphanage, and I looked at the counselor one day and she asked me: So, what are you going to do when you get out of here? I said: Oh, I'm going to go to college and travel around the world. And she just looks at me and says: You're in a group home. And I said: I don't care. I'm going to travel around the world and go to college and that's what I'm going to do. And I looked at her and I sort of looked at me and said: Where did that come from? Anyway, when those little Aha moments happen about what you're going to do and you have no idea where it came from - pay attention. Okay?

Hans:
Absolutely. That's the key. Pay attention.

Alfred:
Pay attention. So that's the first thing. The second thing is, as you said, you may be a little bit ahead of your time. Well eventually I graduated college and I went looking for that international job. Well I was still ahead of my time. Six years later...six years...I knew it was going to happen, I just had patience. Six years later I landed a job that allowed me to work in 18 countries. I just knew it was going to happen. And it's to have faith and trust in that inner knowing.

Hans:
Now hold on for just a moment. Exactly what you're saying - to have faith and trust - and Alfred you made it okay not to know how it arrives. I think that was one of your keys is not knowing how it arrives...

Alfred:
Absolutely...

Hans:
...but knowing it will arrive.

Alfred:
...is just keep knocking on doors, keep looking at doors. But one thing that we teach, especially in Intuitive Development, is don't have an expectation of how it's going to arrive, be peaceful, be aware of vibration and energy.

Hans:
That is such a key, Alfred. Because people...when it doesn't show up immediately, they start to run their crazies, they get depressed, they say God doesn't love me, or I guess my dream can't come true. It's the patience, don't you think?

Alfred:
Absolutely. Patience and not having an expectation of how it's going to happen. So many times people say: Well, when I get money then I'll do this. Well, no because sometimes, for example, somebody has a spare ticket, somebody has a spare seat, somebody has a spare car... Remember that? A friend of ours didn't have a car and he was asking for money and you said: No, you don't need money to have a car. And he looked at you and said you were crazy. And what was it a couple of weeks later that somebody said I have a spare car sitting in my driveway, why don't you use it.

Hans:
That's right.

Alfred:
So make sure when you're looking to do something, do not place an expectation as to "how"...

Hans:
Well Alfred that also happened to you. Remember?

Alfred:
In what?

Hans:
In a car. Didn't someone...

Alfred:
Oh, that. Yes! Yeah, I donated my car to some Breast Cancer place and all of a sudden something told me: Don't look for a car; it'll eventually show up. And I said: Really? Well, okay. Well I had a motorcycle...I was driving a motorcycle back and forth to work. It was Southern California so you didn't have to worry about rain. A week later somebody shows up, to make a long story short, had lunch with somebody I hadn't seen in 10 years and he said: Oh, we're moving to Florida and we have a car and we'd be willing to give it to you at a very cheap price if you just wait a couple of more days until we leave and then come and pick it up. Low and behold, it was the car I had been dreaming about for 3 years. The exact car. I was so happy I could not believe it, but I believed that the thing inside of me that told me just be patient, it will arrive.

Hans:
I can hear people saying: Well it happened for Alfred, but those things never happen for me. That thinking will not help you. Alfred didn't know when the car would show up. He didn't know that anybody would be giving him one for a very small price. But he knew inside of him, he knew that if he just held tight, it would arrive at his doorstep.  And folks, this is a key belief you must work on. A quiet knowing. When you prepare yourself as your own personal hero to make a change, to jump off a cliff if you will, having this little inner-awareness that says: I'm fine, I'm loved, and God has my back and Spirit is my navigator. When you do that, it doesn't matter whether it shows up immediately in your expectations.
What matters is that Spirit sees a belief. Energy follows thought. They look at your dharma and say: Okay, they want to go over here but they did ask us to help with this other thing here, there. Okay. And then we can get them to where they need to go.

For so many of you older souls, which most of the people who listen to the show and are members of this show are what I call an older soul. They're seekers. And I like to say the good book says: A seeker findeth always. When you have this quiet awareness and you believe that, doors will appear children where there previously were no doors. I forget who said that, but it's absolutely spiritual principle. Now I can remember when Alfred first came to see me in Los Angeles for his reading at the recommendation of a lady friend of his. And he had this intense need to be a seeker. He was dabbling in this thing that was pretty good and Reiki that was pretty good. He was looking around. And at that moment he knew he found what he needed to hear. And he changed his life. Now Alfred, have you noticed that when heroes tend to change their life other people around them think they're a little crazy?

Alfred:
Yes. (Laughing)

Hans:
Did that apply to you too? (Laughing)

Alfred:
And that is part of the hero's journey. It's not just that you're a hero - doing something that scares you. Listening to this inner voice you may not completely understand, it's that you're going to have peer pressure going against you, you're going to have the media going against you, you may have your closest friends sitting you down and having an intervention saying don't do this. I had a few of those.

Hans:
Who even said I can't be your friend if you go down this path. Alright?

Alfred:
And that was where it really takes a hero's courage. Now, is there anything wrong? No. And that's where you really have to understand that in spiritual growth, you may be going down a path that others that you've been with for many, many years, or are very close to, won't go down. And that is a hero's journey is to go down a path and leave those people you've called friends behind. Now again there's nothing wrong with where they are...you were there.

Hans:
No. Not at all. And I think that's a very key element right there. Because they can't see your road doesn't make them bad people. At the moment they can't see it. But ofttimes, they circle back and see you in your happiness in your new path and say: Wow, congratulations. Job well done.

Alfred:
Sometimes. And there's other people that they continue doing what they're doing but...

Hans:
But that's where they need to be.

Alfred:
...and Hans has told me many, many times: Ask Spirit to give you people, new friends, of like vibration. Like vibration, like spiritual type of friends that are according to your path. And yes, they do eventually show up. You do eventually get new friends that are of like mind.

Hans:
Some of my dearest friends, throughout my life, have actually been people who don't know how to believe in what I do. But loved me, and supported me, hands down. Because they saw the belief in me that I held and then saw how other people were moved and effected. And even though they didn't know what it is exactly I did, most of all these people were extremely well educated and so to venture outside of the norm was stuff you hid. You hid it under the table. You went to see a lecture but you never told anybody you were going. That type of thing. But those people need to be where they were. Most of those people have now passed over and they're a great help to me as I move down my path.

If I had listened to every person, every doctor, who told me this would happen, that would happen, something else would happen...I was born with all these different illness and all...I would never have made it if I had listened. I heard them talking but I didn't listen to what they said. Big difference. Okay? So be the hero  in your life and Spirit will always present the net when you jump. Always. No one is excluded from that truth. Okay, Alfred I think that will conclude the lesson for today.

Alfred:
Good evening everyone and welcome to MODERN DAY MYSTICISM with Hans Christian King. Tonight is a very interesting topic - "The Possibility of Miracles". And what a wonderful time it is to start discussing miracles as Hans is so great about talking about bringing things into our lives. Without further ado, I present to you Hans Christian King.

Hans:
Good evening everyone. This is Hans Christian King. Welcome to the show this evening. Tonight's message, if you will, is exactly what Alfred said - "The Possibility of Miracles". Someone asked me a while back: Are miracles possible during times of lack? Oh, Heavens yes! In fact miracles shine brighter during times of lack. I have a dear friend, named Judy, and her license plate says: You Miracle. During times of lack is one of the few times we actually turn to Spirit and ask for miracles. During times of plenty, when everything seems to be going along fairly well, we don't bother to ask for miracles, because the appearance is we don't need them. And what we don't realize is the fact that we don't need them is the miracle.

Your connection with Spirit is always there. It only ebbs and wanes as you ebb and wane. Miracles, if you like to call them miracles, happen every day, all day. Let's say that you have to drive across town to your Dentist. On the way you pass many thousands of cars safely - that's a miracle. Every night that you go to sleep, you pray for unconsciousness, knowing that you will wake up in the morning. Although how that happens you don't know - that's a miracle. Flying across the country at 35,000 feet at 550 miles an hour and arriving safely in an aluminum tin can - that's a miracle. Every day, every day, you can count the miracles.

Awhile back Alfred was talking to you about the fact that he and I were busy running around catching miracles everyday. And that was true. We got so many miracles that we had to wind up asking them to turn off the bubble machine for a little bit so we could catch up with all the miracles they sent for us to do. Remember, lack is only an appearance. It really isn't true. You hear that? Lack is only an appearance, it's really not true. Lack is what your mind believes is happening, not what is actually happening. Have you ever noticed that how broke you get, somehow money arrives again? Have you ever noticed how sick you get with the flu, cold, whatever, have you ever noticed you get well again? Remember what I tried to teach you for all these years - that appearance is only passing through you. It is not your lifestyle, it is not where you're staying, pain, despair. The appearance of lack is replaced continuously in your life - there's another miracle. How many of you say: Oh, I don't know how I'm going to pay the rent this month, or I don't know how I'm going to pay the car payment, and somehow it gets paid. Do we ever stop for just a moment for just a moment and acknowledge the miracle that Spirit made to help you through?

There are going to be times in your life, in the appearance of lack, that things do not show up in your expectation. That is going to happen. But the fact that you are alive, the fact that you have options and choices is the miracle. You know children, sometimes we get slammed to the ground with what I call a trauma to the soul. And our heart if broken, and we're crying, and everything looks so bleak, and lack is everywhere...lack of joy, lack of hope, lack of the appearance of money. But all of those feelings, if you think about it, remind you you're alive.  And if you're wise you will know that no matter what the despair, no matter what the appearance, it will pass.

I once called a Wise Man that I know and his name is Ned. And something very awful had happened in my life and I was looking for him to fix it for me. And he wasn't being unkind, he was being a teacher, when he said: Hans, this will pass. I've got to go. And I thought, how cold, how unkind, how unfeeling. But he was right. He was absolutely right. Two days later it was all gone. It passed. So what I learned in the middle of the appearance of the disaster, if you could call what was going on for me, I had bought into the appearance of it. Forgetting all the while that it only came to visit me, it was only passing through, it wasn't going to stay so why should I spend all my time, you know, being upset about it.

I have a wise lady friend of mine who used to say when something incredible in appearance would happen to her, sort of a down-time thing, she would say: Um hmm, I wonder what I can make of this this time? I wonder what I can make of this this time? And she always came to the same conclusion: I can grow myself through this. I can look at this as a tragedy or I can look at it as an opportunity. There's the miracle. Children always remember that few things actually are as they appear. I know that sounds crazy to you, but it's true. Our perception tends to blow things out of proportion. Our perception tends to say that this is real, or that pain is real, or this is happening, when it's only an appearance. And if we say what my friend Alexandra used to say: Hmm, I wonder what I can make of this. I wonder how I can grow myself through this? She used to refer to being alive as "the human scene". "The big illusion of the human scene" is how she used to call it. She was an advocate of Joel Goldsmith, if any of you are old enough to remember Joel. And he talked about how we become victims of the human scene - how we get caught up in the appearance, and we forget that every day that we wake up, and we have these challenges is and of itself, a miracle.

I thank Spirit every night when I go to bed for the miracles that occurred in my life this day. And being in human form, and my staff with tell you I get crazy sometimes, and then I wind up giggling at myself remembering: Ah, you teach what you need to learn. Well, this happened today, so what am I going to learn from this? I have learned that my in my 68 years kids, that most appearances are illusions, most fears don't happen. We spend an enormous amount of time in our waking hours in our lifetime being concerned about illusions and about things that never benefit us.

I was giving a reading the other day to a lovely lady in London and she would not let Spirit fix her by explaining what was going on in her life. She kept saying: But this...but that...but what if this happens...what if that happens? And she so was caught up being a victim of the situation that she had lost all her sense of spiritual understanding and awares. And this was a young lady of 45 or 50 who taught this truth. But her relationship had said to her that morning: I don't think I can do this anymore. And she had no coping mechanisms in place for that situation.

You know, I have a friend that he used to say: You know Hans, relationships are like the subway, there'll be another one along here in 5 minutes. In other words, whatever your lessons is to learn through relationships, it will be presented to you. That's a miracle. Setting up housekeeping with someone who is opposite of you and you find a way to make it work, that's a miracle. Teaching a baby how to ride a bicycle, that's a miracle.

If we live in the possibilities of miracles. and don't live in the victimization of fear through illusion, our life takes on an incredible sense of wonder. Because no matter how difficult the lack may appear, remember always it has a corresponding opposite - that's how good you will feel, sad as you feel, how happy you will feel. Like a pen, I said this the other day, or a pencil - one writes on one end and one erases on the other. Everything in life, children, has a corresponding opposite. I repeat these truths through the years because we have a tendency when lack appears to forget our truth. Half the battle of spiritual growth alone is just trust...just trusting. Didn't somebody just write that 90% of success in life is showing up? It's true. Just show up! The worst isn't going to happen. The worst is that you believe it's true. Whatever the lack may appear as, half the battle of spiritual growth is to trust. And if you simply trust that no matter what is presented to you there's an answer, there is relief, it is growing to and through something... And sometimes you're in a relationship with someone and you love this someone to pieces, but you forget that this person came with their own baggage. They came with their own victimization. They came with their own lack. And you see this person and you love this person but every once in awhile their demons and their devils show up. Why, you think yours don't? But when you love someone you say: No matter what this appearance is, no matter how you're behaving, I see you you know. I see you. To me, that's the greatest statement you can ever say to another human being. I emailed James Cameron as a joke and said: You stole my line. I've been using that line for 45 years - "I see you".

Children trust in what you do not know. Trust in what you do not see. Every day. I don't quite remember, I don't quite remember what they said how many times, every day you trust the air, you breathe automatically without thinking a thing about it. You drive your car automatically without thinking a thing about it. You go to bed, you wake up, without thinking a thing about it. You don't go to bed  saying: Gee, I wonder if I'm going to wake up in the morning. You don't get in your car and say: Gee, I wonder if I'm going to have a bad accident today. You trust. You don't say I wonder if there's going to be any air for me to breathe today. I wonder if my heart will beat one more time. Trust in what you do not see. Trust in what you do not know. Because if you have a heart, a pure heart of trust, then you will know that whatever you will go through in your waking hours and in your bedtime hours, whatever you will go through, will always be to your highest good. Only the mind gets in there and messes with that reality. So having an understanding, having an awareness, that that God that loves you so unconditionally is always present, omnipresent in your life. The Spirit, the Messengers, the Angels - they're all there for you. Not lumping you into groups, not comparing you to others. Knowing full well that you're on a journey, you're on a mission. Knowing full well that their role is to walk “with” you, not “for” you. Knowing you have the ability to make decisions through a spiritual heart, not a mind that's filled with doubts and fears, but a spiritual heart.

My friend Alexandra used to say: No matter what shows up today I'm prepared for it because God is my champion. Spirit, they're my warriors. And I know they will turn the appearance of lack into the appearance into the miracles of opportunity and possibilities if I just believe. She's now 98, and she doesn't know who I am anymore. But if ever there was a champion in spirituality in my life, it was Alexandra. I have never known, nor I doubt will I ever know anyone who so lived their truth as she did. The mind, of course, has deteriorated due to dementia. And so she's walking in two worlds at one time now. But who she is is always in my heart. What she taught me, I can never ever forget. All of you will have an Alexandra at some point in your life. And even if from time to time you may disagree with what they say to you, remember Spirit helps us choose our friends to grow us. Spirit presents us with interesting possibilities through our friends, disappointments through our friends.

But the greatest gift that Spirit ever gave you in the appearance of lack, is the person looking back at you in the mirror. If you could simply take all the nonsense that's going on in your life, put it in a basket, put it in the garage and just say: From this day forward I am living a miracle. I have no lack. I am everything I need. Allowing Spirit to work on your behalf, allowing Spirit to open new doors. There are millions of miracles in your life waiting to occur. Lack is a refusal to accept miracles. The appearance of lack has nothing to do with money, children. Lack is a place in your heart that said I am not good enough for miracles. Therefore I will live in fear. Living in fear... I once told you that fear was it's own food. It creates lack on a daily basis. It creates lack from morning until night every single day of your life. The mind does not wake up in the morning for most people and say: You're enough for me today! We have no problems, we are a miracle, we expect miracles.  On the contrary it says: I wonder if I'll have the rent money. I wonder if he or she still loves me enough. I wonder if I'm going to get fired. I wondering if I'll ever get another job. None of the things I have just described, believe it or not, are of any importance in the long run.  All, children, the only thing that is important is the relationship to you and your God. That's it. There are no boundaries in that love. There are no victims in that love. There's only love in that love.

I have been accused from time to time as being simple minded or simplistic. I thank whoever started that rumor for me because I'll tell you what, I love my life and I love who I am. I love my intention. I love what I am doing. I'm not saying to you, beautiful people, that I am perfect. But I had a sign for many years on my refrigerator door at my home in Mexico that I loved. It said: I'm so far from perfect I'm pleased. Blue, see if you can take that and run with it, okay? (Hans laughing) I'm so far from perfect I'm pleased.

I have people in my life now... You want to talk about miracles? I have people who are listening tonight, making this broadcast possible, making the live streaming possible, the Facebook possible, people I don't even actually know...I've never met them. But their love and dedication to what, with Spirit, I'm trying to accomplish, what we're trying to say, has no bounds. It is amazing the beautiful people who have shown up. For those of you who are tithing to us so that we can produce these shows and the ministry, thank you, thank you, thank you, and you all know who you are. Sometimes I can't get right back to you, but please know you're in my heart and I thank you very much.

Tell Spirit the miracles you would like to see in your life and leave it alone. Remember to watch the mind chatter as it comes in and starts to play you up a bit. And it will do so. The mind is so fearful of a miracle that it continues to throw up the appearance of lack because it doesn't know what else to do. It would have no job if ever there was no need to worry. The mind would have no job because it doesn't have any congratulation skills. It doesn't have anything in its being that helps it to understand that it's nothing more than the opposite of God. The mind isn't fixated on the wonder of who you are, the mind isn't fixated on everything being okay. The heart-mind knows that. But we tend to, through the years, as the appearance of lack and tragedies and disasters in appearance occur in our life, it keeps reminding us: I told you so. I told you you weren't good enough.

Folks, there is oftentimes a situation where a person, sometimes in the humanness, is operated by two consciousnesses. Always go with the one that's in the light please. Never listen, never listen to the anger. Never listen to the fear. You know, the ugliest puppy deserves to be loved just as much as the prettiest puppy because there's absolutely no difference in the puppy's love. Sometimes situations do not appear to fit what you think is your modus operandi...how you would do things, or how you would be. But remember you haven't seen your dharma yet. You don't know what your soul chose to create. And sometimes the appearance of lack is nothing more than a lesson. And what is a lesson? A miracle waiting to happen. Because once you understand the lesson, the miracle occurs.

The burden, the pain... I was talking to a lady a couple of days ago and I believe she was out of Toronto. And she was angry, and she was resentful, and her husband had left her of 36 years, and all the terrible things that he was, and all of this and I said: Excuse me, are you saying that you regret having gone into the relationship? She said: It's the worst thing I ever did. I said: How many children do you have? She said: Four. Now, I said, are you resentful for being in the relationship. Oh my God, she said, maybe the relationship was between he and I to bring those angels on-board life. I said: You got it. And when that role was finished, there was no more purpose in the relationship other than to be friends, and to be a family for those four children. That's the miracle. You brought them on-board through heck or high water, you got them through, you got them up, you got them out, and they're good citizens. That is the miracle. But you're operating out of a place of lack. Woe is me, poor is me, oh look at my life, who's going to want me at 56? Who cares, I said. Who cares? You mean the only thing you have in life is validation from another person? Where's you? You've been married for 30 some years, I don't want you to have another relationship. And that's what Spirit said: We don't want you to have another relationship right now. We want you to have you. We want you to rediscover who you are. Let's bring you to you.

Sometimes children, sometimes when relationships no longer can survive or endure, we believe that something is terrible, something is wrong. The only thing that is wrong, that I know of, is when you start to throw stones and sticks at each other, rather than witness the wonder of what you had, regardless of whether you had good times or bad times, it was all mixed up. You had them both. Seeing your baby in that birth room for the very first time and you both start to cry. That's a miracle. Would you trade all of those miracles of the first step, the first tooth, out of your anger towards a partner that doesn't want to be with you anymore? Turn to that partner and say: Oh my God, thank you, thank you. And no matter how bad they're being, if they're fighting you for money, or support, whatever, say: Thank you for these children. Thank you for all the years we worked together. Because it's true. Do not be a victim of your own love. Bless the person, thank them, and move on.

The heart's a funny creature. It wants to keep calling up the invalidation. I have  been there, I know. But if you really think about it, would you have traded all the good times, would you have traded that experience for not having done the experience? I don't think so. There are times in our lives when we've taken up with somebody and said: Well, what did I do, take leave of my senses? (Hans laughing) But in the moment, it seemed liked the right and proper thing to do. Find the humor in it as I'm doing with you tonight. Find the humor...and say: Well... I once called my friend Ned and I told him about something and I said: I fail to understand what the lesson in this is. He says: Well, would you do it again? I said: No. He said: There's the lesson. He always taught me with very short, cryptic comments that were meant to grow me. One of the great lessons that Ned gave me, when I was in my 20's... We were to attend a meeting in San Francisco and as a young man of 22, 23 years old I thought I knew everything. We were walking up the court house steps to this meeting. He says: There's one thing I want you to do for me today. I said: Alright sir. He said: Shut up and listen. You don't have the answer Hans. Not yet. And I did. And when I turned my mind chatter off about how I thought the proceedings were going, it was amazing what I learned. So when you shut the mind chatter off, you'd be amazed at what you hear. You've heard me for years say: "You see what you look for you know". When you turn your mind chatter off in how it perceives things are that are appearing to you, you'd be amazed what you can see. There's the miracles.

So the possibility of miracles occur every day. The miracles are waiting to happen for you. Folks, I don't get you pep-talks, I give you spiritual wisdom. And maybe it's a spiritual pep-talk, who knows? But it's true. Miracles are waiting for you every single day. All you have to do - stop the mind chatter, stop listening to lack, stop being in lack, and let's see what happens for you. Alrighty, that's the lesson for this evening.

So Hans, what does Spirit think about the News that's going across the U.S. and also internationally, about Ebola?

Hans:
Well they're a little bit perplexed to be perfectly frank with you. Although they admit that Ebola is certainly something to be concerned about, the hysteria that's being created is almost as bad. Let's put this in proper perspective. One person in the United States has died from Ebola who had come to the country from West Africa. A terrible tragedy indeed. Another person has been infected. We have a nation here of approximately 318 to 320 million people. One and half people, and yet the Radio Shows, the TV Shows, the Newspapers, the Magazines, are simply terrifying people. Airline traffic, passenger traffic is dropping. People are canceling trips to Europe, the Middle East.

And I have to say to all of you, with due respect, why is it this country feels it needs to be led by fear? If it isn't fear of one thing, it's fear of something else. You all remember the Swine Flu "the epidemic", the peril, all running to the Doctors and getting the shot? You remember all that?

Alfred:
Then there was "The Bird Flu".

Hans:
The Bird Flu was another one. Remember all that? It's spreading all over Europe, it's coming to the U.S., it's going to kill thousands. We find out later that there was no epidemic. The normal amount of people who get it, got it. So we have to sit down sometime and ask ourself why we allow the Media to destroy our peace, to destroy our ease. And this is what the Spirit is asking me to say to you: Please stop being afraid. Your chances of getting Ebola are so remote as almost not being able to calculate.

I have a dear lady friend of mine in Los Angeles who is so terrified for her children, of Ebola, that she has made herself sick and she's had to put herself in bed. Now folks, enough is enough now. I don't know what it is, but no other country that I know of terrifies itself of as much as the United States does. You won't find this fear in Canada, you won't find it Mexico, you won't find it in England, or Japan, or China, or Australia. You'll only find it here in the U.S.

Alfred:
Well actually let's talk about that.

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
Let's talk about why it's here in the U.S. Let's talk about advertising specifically. There's two types of advertising that I can think of off the top of my head and I love to get Spirit's opinion on these two. Number one - Fear someone might break into your house. Fear that someone might take something away from you. Fear that something could possibly happen.

The second fear is - Fear that you're not good enough. Fear that you're not thin enough, fear that you're not pretty enough.

Hans:
Yes, but Alfred we're taught this.

Alfred:
Exactly. So what's the spiritual perspective on buying products because they tell you something might or possibly could happen, Hans?

Hans:
Well Spirit's point of view is when you're doing this, you say: I don't believe. I don't trust. No folks, I'm not saying to get on a Liberian Airliner and fly to West Africa. No, no. I'm saying, don't be afraid of it. Don't pick up Newspapers whose headlines are there to scare you. Don't turn on the News. All of these people on the News, and all these Talk Shows, even my MSNBC, FOX, all of these, are here for nothing but their "opinions" to be printed or heard aloud. "Opinions". Think about it folks. They're reporting as "fact", "opinions". Have you ever noticed on one of the channels...well, I'll just say it, FOX Alert, Alert. Red lights flashing. It's nothing more than a story. It's nothing that's happened.

All this fear, Alfred, is based on, as you put it so succinctly, is based on what "might" happen. Not what has happened, not actually what's going to happen. But what "might" happen. The President doesn't know what to do. The CDC doesn't know what to do. They're trying desperately to stop the spread of fear which is far worse than the spread of Ebola in our country.

Alfred:
So let's talk about spiritual principles - about what "might", "possibly", "could", happen. Those are all of the things people consider what might happen in the "future".

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
Okay? The future has to do with worrying. Worrying about what "might" happen. And Hans, I think one of the basic spiritual principles that we try to teach is: If you trust and believe that God has you, that you're on your right path, you instead focus on your peace and joy in the moment.

Hans:
That's right. And yes there are things... Something came into my life today that just hit me out of nowhere folks. Just being up front with you kids. Just knocked me flat for a second. Like "Oh, that's interesting. I didn't know that I had to do that". Nothing is really wrong everybody, just unexpectedly "something" happened. And I vented about it for a couple minutes about it to Alfred, and he reminded me of my teachings, which made me want to take him and shake him, but he was right. In that moment I kind of lost it for a little bit. That's the goodness of being in human form, folks.  You're allowed that little frailty every once in awhile. What is it that we teach you? We're just baby angels in form, therefore we're entitled to our human frailties every once in awhile. Laugh at it. I did. I made it better. I'm fine with it now. It'll work out. It's not my problem. Somebody else will handle it. I'll be fine.

I'll give you an example folks. Everybody remembers Fukushima...the atomic reactor in Japan that broke. I have friends who the husband has been offered a six figure job, and they need the money, they really require the money. They've got four kids, two of them about to enter College. And he's been offered this job in Hawaii. But the wife is so horrified of the huge radiation levels in Hawaii, that she doesn't know is true at all, she wants him to not take the job. And Spirit says: Don't be ridiculous. Of course take the job. The children and you are just fine.

So what happened there? The News Media took the leak and blew it out of all current proportions...

Alfred:
And wasn't that just a single student's theory on what "might" happen?

Hans:
That is correct Alfred. So this single student has been monitoring the spread of the radioactivity. Oh, it hit California...the debris is just now coming to the Pacific Northwest. Folks, you get more radiation every single day of your life by watching television. These are the scientific facts. But the fear, our need... And Alfred, I'm going to put it that way, "our need to be afraid". And this is something that I don't understand Alfred.

Alfred:
Alright. Well let's look at that from a spiritual standpoint.

Hans:
Hold on, hold on. I'm going with you. I had a lady today who was terrified of something she had made up in her mind and what I said to her: Well, do you know this is a fact? She says: No, but they'll be nothing there. It'll be a blank space. And she said: And I'm afraid. I said: You're afraid of what? She said: I'm afraid of what I don't know. I said: How in the name of all that's holy can you be afraid of something you don't know? And Alfred, that dovetails into what you were talking about. We're taught to be afraid of what we don't know.

Alfred:
Exactly and that is again the opposite of what our spiritual teachings are which is: No, you are perfect just the way that you are.

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
Okay. Let's look at all the other types of, shall we say, fear based advertising. Fear that you're not good enough, fear that you won't be recognized, fear that you're overweight, fear that you're too thin, fear that you're not too healthy, fear that you're eating the wrong thing. All of those fears have to do again with -  you're not good enough in the moment - and you need something to be better.

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
If you're in tune with your soul, if you're in harmony with the universe, you'll realize that anyone, anyone, can connect to Spirit and be in absolute perfect bliss within a minute, within a couple of seconds, within a very short time and that is your connection to the universe. And all of these things about trying to make you better, separate you, not make you better, separate you, isolate you.

Hans:
But here, Alfred, take this into consideration. The CDC - Centers for Disease Control have really been helpful for our people for a long, long time. The CDC said for us to stop worrying. There will be no spread of Ebola to the U.S. Watch the fear mongers who have been trying to take the CDC, pull it apart, to prove a theory that they have is correct and the CDC is wrong. They need to prove to us the fear is here. They're attacking our security, they're attacking the President, they're attacking the government, because they say they are lying to us.

But they have no proof of that and they never will. So that deep-seated need to be afraid... And Alfred, I'm going to stick my neck out here, there are some News Media outlets that truly need to be called forward and become more responsible for what they're saying, on all issues. They are scaring their people. Alfred, you have a lovely couple that you know, who live by the word of these people. And don't they have guns everywhere and aren't they packing stuff and terrified?

Alfred:
Yes. Some of the sweetest people that I know, for some reason...

Hans:
And they are absolutely sweet people.

Alfred:
...live in a very Republican county and because everybody else listens to FOX News, they listen to FOX News and he has not one, but multiple guns in the house. I'm not talking little guns, I'm not talking the big guns that you see on television and in the movies. Because somebody might enter the house, and it might be D-Day, and they have a SUV in case they might need to drive off-road and...

Hans:
It's never ending.

Alfred:
...and these people are the absolute sweetest, kindest, gentlest people otherwise. But for some reason they're invested in believing what FOX News says.

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
That is the power of Media.

Hans:
Here's Spirit's lesson. One of the things Spirit has always taught me, and I've always taught all of you, is that fear is choice. You're not naturally born with fear. Fear is a choice. You're born with a need to be loved, held. That's what you're born with. So fear is a foreign agent that has entered into you.

Now let's say your mother was extremely fearful when you were pregnant.  There's a decent chance you may be a little fearful also. But most people are fairly well balanced. So you have to ask yourself why do I make a choice to scare myself? Why? What is it inside of me that is so painful that I need to torture myself with fear? So it's a really good spiritual lesson. And the lesson is: Are you not good enough to not be afraid? Which is, Alfred, what you were talking about earlier.

Alfred:
Okay. Ask that question again please. I was checking something.

Hans:
Okay. What I'm trying to say is you have to ask yourself WHY is it that you feel, whoever you are, need to listen to situations, read situations, watch situations, that disturb your ease? And what I was saying dovetails into what you were talking about being "taught” fear and doubt.

Alfred:
A lot of it has to do with anxiety. There's this thing called adrenaline. Okay? And fear, as far as I can tell, I'm not a doctor here but I'm remembering my human experiences, is that rush of control, that rush of trying to control the outcome, that total feeling of being in control...

Hans:
That's a misnomer. We're not in control of anything.

Alfred:
Yes, in essence, going so far into being human, testosterone, Eeerrr, that type of stuff, it gives you a little bit of a high.

Hans:
Yes, but it's a false high.

Alfred:
Exactly, but I'm talking about why do people do it.

Hans:
It's because they're taught that that rush is okay.

Alfred:
Yes. We're taught that it's good to be in control.

Hans:
Did you know Alfred, that that same rush can be turned into a rush of spirituality?

Alfred:
And that's why we're here...and that's why they listen.

Hans:
What is it that you call it? A natural high? It can be termed the same rush, which actually depletes your net energy, can be turned around and focused into the Spirit.

Alfred:
And that's why people listen to us, which is to say: What other option is there? What other choice is there than to give into the fear, do what the advertisers tell us, follow the crowd? Okay, what we're telling you is: Trust, faith and belief.

Hans:
Yes. You know, early days when you were first getting started, something happened to you, and I'll tell you what happened. One day I said to you: Go out and look at that rose. And you went on and you said: What? I said: Go out and look at that rose. And I had a spectacular rose that was blooming. And Alfred went out and he started looking at the rose. and he was out there looking, and turning his head, and he's looking all around. And he came back in and said: I got a natural rush after looking at the rose. Remember that?

Alfred:
Yes. And that's what we're trying to tell is it's more important to have faith, trust and belief, and to live in the moment, than it is to be in control. It is by being in control that you're separate of the beauty, the joy of life. You separate yourself "from" the oneness of God, you separate yourself "from" your Guidance. By being in control, the Other Side looks at you and says: Hmm, okay, how's it working out for you?

Hans:
Exactly. So this is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to learn the value of simplicity in peace. Here's one thing I want all of you to look at. Have you ever noticed everyone, that all of the dire predictions over the last 25 years that have been given to us by these naysayers, have never come true?

Alfred:
Oh, I have a joke Mr. Nostradamus being reincarnated and making predictions...

Hans:
(Laughing)

Alfred:
You know they tried to say that Nostradamus, 500 years ago, predicted what happened with the planes in New York City?

Hans:
Hmm...

Alfred:
Because they said: Oh, there is truth in these fear predictions.

Hans:
Yes. Folks, most of you don't know what Alfred is talking about here. There is a book out by a friend of mine, Walter Semkiw, and in the book, it's a good book, by that I mean it's rather interesting. His theory is that I am the reincarnation of Nostradamus. It's in that book, it's in several other books. It's in a new book that's coming out of India and another one in Australia. I can't say anything to that, other than, he was not always correct. Okay? And I think that's what Alfred is trying to get at.

Alfred:
No. They're saying that Nostradamus, a great predictor of, in this case a horrible catastrophe, actually did predict a huge catastrophe.

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
When people make these predictions you should listen.

Hans:
Folks, it's as silly as the following, saying to the 14 million people who live in Southern California: Folks, there's going to be a major earthquake, you need to be prepared. Every single day 8 million people are flying around the world in a plane somewhere. Folks, I'm going to predict that one of these days shortly,  there's going to be a major airplane crash. Okay? Living in a hurricane zone, a tornado zone... Anybody can predict, folks, that something's going to happen. And when it does, they say: Oh look! It's been happening for millions of years. It has nothing to do with prediction. We are living on a planet that is currently growing. As I like to point out, the north end of the Golden Gate Bridge is currently growing towards Alaska, and we'll get there eventually because they'll have to start adding on to it...

Don't be afraid, my dear friends. Stop the fear. Don't be afraid you'll run out of money. Know that you won't. Don't be afraid of your health. Know you're in good health. Don't listen to these naysayers, don't listen to these... Folks, you watch, in a month and a half, where the Ebola story is in the headlines. Watch, just watch. Folks, you remember last summer this enormous immigration problem with children and they said: Oh, they're all coming across the border and Senators were down there - how dare they let these kids in... What happened to that? Where'd it go? Where'd it go? Well I'll tell you where it went. The Mexican Government stepped in and stopped the train. That was that. U.S. Government went down to Central American countries and said we're going to send them back so there's no need in sending them.

This constant need... And from the Ebola, we're getting ready to have it go to the Elections. Watch and see how spooky that is. And folks, let me tell you something. To be very honest you, it won't matter who wins the election this year. The country has a separate path its set upon. And that path is being brought to us bit by bit. Everyone...for those of you, and I have a dear friend of mine in Colorado who is extremely sensitive to vibrational patterns, for those of you who are very susceptible to vibrational patterns, please know all you're doing is picking up other people's fear.

Our country's actually better off than it was a hundred years ago. It's certainly better off than when I was born. Okay? We'll get there. Just you bring the light that you are seeking in your life. You bring it to yourself.

Alrighty Alfred, I think that concludes the lesson for today.
