Topic: New Beginnings

HANS:
Hi everyone. Today’s topic is “New Beginnings.” In the last couple of weeks we’ve been dealing with learning how the process is for letting go. Looking at the fears that occur with letting go, looking at the possibilities of letting go. This show today will be the next logical step—how to prepare your new platform. You’ve let go, so now it’s like building a new house when there’s a current house on the lot. You’ve torn down the house and pulled out the plumbing, re-arranged the ground for electrical work, you’ve done all this, now—what do you want?

That’s where you have to go now.

Your new beginning is coming up because you’ve created a vacuum. You’ve created a void. Where do you want to go? What is it you want to see happen in your life? How do you want to feel in your new beginning? Very important—how do you want to feel? All of you who have let go, have let go of stuff that doesn’t work anymore in your life, so you know how that feels. How do you want to feel in your new life?

What Spirit is looking for—you’ve heard me mention this any number of times—They want to see an intention in you. When They see the intention, your job is to tell Spirit what you’d like the experience of and Their job, after you’ve let go of what doesn’t work anymore, is to bring the doors of opportunity for that. So as you let go, as you clear your space, you begin to set your intentions, Spirit’s job then is to back you up. That’s what today’s topic is about.

ALFRED:
Let us help you with understanding how you get what you want if you don’t know what you want.

HANS:
That’s okay.

ALFRED:
It’s actually okay if you don’t know what you want, because what we’re trying to help you with is: it’s good enough to understand how do I want to feel? I want to feel happy. I want to feel peaceful. I want to feel love. I wish to feel abundant. I wish to feel at one with the world. That is good enough!

HANS:
It really is for now.

ALFRED:
When you’re asking for the experience of, you can say, “I wish for the experience of feeling happy.” Then the way that you communicate that is not simply repeating to yourself, “I wish to feel happy, I wish to feel happy.” No. That’s inviting the human-ness in. Do this on a spiritual basis which is: I wish to feel happy. Give off the vibration of the emotion. You’re actually communicating with the other side on a vibrational and energetic basis.

So when you’re saying to the other side, “I wish the experience of happiness,” you’re projecting out from the center of your chest, how you would like to feel the feeling of happiness. You’re communicating with the other side through vibration and energy.

HANS:
What we’re saying to you is, it’s okay in not knowing. For the moment. It’s okay. But if you’ve set your intention to find out, that’s what They want to see. It may not come right away. You may say to yourself, I don’t know what I want, I’m just going to do nothing. Okay, that’s fine. You don’t want to stay in that place, but the key to everything is setting your intention to have a new beginning. You might only have one thing. I would like the experience of a new job.  I would like the experience of a new relationship.  I would like the experience of finding and seeing myself. Set those intentions. Spirit listens intensely to the intention—never the deed—only the intention. So as we move forward in life, in our new beginning, we are literally projecting ourself away from the old life; what you did, what happened to you, where you went, what didn’t work, the pain, the good, whatever was back there that doesn’t serve you anymore, we’ve let go of now.

Sometimes in the letting go, there’s just nothing. And in the nothing comes fear. Automatically, because we tend in the human form, to put a dragon in the unknown. So the whole process of letting go is about trust. About believing in the blankness of letting go.

ALFRED:
It is about holding the vibration regardless of whether you understand—you don’t understand what you’re looking for, you don’t understand what you want, you don’t understand where you’re going, perfectly fine. Your job is to hold the vibration—of happiness, of peacefulness, and that is what you’re communicating out. And if you hold that, as much as possible, then what will happen is—that is what will be attracted to you.

HANS:
Absolutely. The most important thing that Spirit is looking for is trust by you for Them, to Them, and setting the intention. So you’re letting go and you’re saying, “I trust that you know what is best for me. I’m going to tell you what I’d like to experience, I’m going to tell you how I’d like to feel in the experience and I trust that you Spirit, you God, will bring those doors to me.” That’s very, very important. The trust factor. Because They always do. But there’s something that always occurs during all of this sounding good; there’s a little green meanie inside of everybody that says—but what if you’re wrong?

ALFRED:
And that’s a good start for our next topic: Doubt and Fear.

HANS:
Well, they’re each other’s best friend.

ALFRED:
Yes. During this process when we are starting out on our new beginnings, what happens when you get doubtful? What happens when you get fearful?

HANS:
It’s nothing more, children, than a lesson that you set to learn. It’s okay to get doubtful. It’s okay to get fearful. It’s not okay to stay there. The moment you start to get fearful or doubts come, you immediately turn to your inner child and say, “We’re turning to Spirit to take care of this for us. We know we place our faith in Spirit.”

When you place your trust in Spirit, when you place your trust in God, all the little stuff gets done. But the lesson is going to be: do you actually stay in the fear and the doubt or do you rise above it and say, “I choose not to give you a home anymore.”

Remember the show we did last year when we said doubt and fear can only live in the house you build? We are choosing not to re-open the door to that house.

ALFRED:
That’s a good exercise. When you are communicating to the other side what you want, the energy and vibration of what you’re giving off is the energy you want, that you request to have in your life. It is not the energy of the way that you were. There’s an old saying in spirituality, don’t say, “I don’t want this,” because that is what is going to be attracted to you. What you don’t want is the vibration you are holding. “I don’t want chaos, I don’t want insanity, I don’t want drama.” Guess what the vibration you are giving off is? Insanity, drama, that is the vibration you are giving off because that is what is in your consciousness. The word not really doesn’t do too much.

So if you’re remembering and saying, “I don’t want this, I don’t want this,” that’s what you’re going to get. What’s really important is holding your vibration steady. Instead of the vibration that was, think about the vibration that’s coming to you. You’re holding the vibration of peacefulness, of happiness.

What helps you hold that? Trust. Faith. What will tempt you to waiver is fear. Doubt. What you are paying attention to in the exercise is, how do you feel? What is the vibration you are giving off? If you allow fear or doubt into your consciousness, the vibration you are going to give off is going to waver. You are going to a place and giving off a vibration of things you don’t want in your life—but guess what? That’s your vibration. What did we learn? What we are trying to say is on a spiritual level to hold your vibration constant. If fear, doubt, thinking about your past come in, try to let them go. Don’t allow them to stay in your being.

HANS:
It all sounds very complex. It sounds difficult, but once you start to deal with truth, pure and simple truth…. Truth is simplicity itself. That’s the normal flow of life, is truth, so once you learn that there’s nothing to be afraid of, that all of that you’re going through you’re making up in the mind and you’re processing your own fears, you’re creating your own anxieties, once you understand that, the truth and the flow gets easier and easier and easier.

So we’ve spent two weeks of learning to let go of what doesn’t work anymore and now we’re going to move on to our new platform. What we don’t want will no longer be here. I like to say, at this time, take it in little bits. Don’t try to have a great big grand scheme of things, pick little things you’d like the experience of at first. If you’re going to build a house, you don’t build a house without the plans. You have to start somewhere. You start at the front doorstep, but mind how you go, one day at a time and as you begin to work this, assimilate your new life one step at a time.

Alfred is playing the song ‘Don’t Worry - Be Happy” now.

ALFRED:
Be happy. Hold the vibration of happiness, of peace, and that’s enough.

HANS:
If you get a chance, listen to the whole song in it’s entirety.  “Don’t worry. Be happy.” Thank you, Alfred. I’m very proud of you! We used to at the end of each class always… Jennifer, Alfred, Bella, and I… we’d get up and dance back and forth across the camera to that song!

And that will conclude the lesson for today.

Topic: Let Go and Let God
September 5, 2015

HANS:
Hello everyone and welcome to our Show. Today we're going to be talking about “Let Go and Let God.” What does “Let Go and Let God” mean? Let Go and Let God means that probably the way you're handling a situation doesn't work. You're not getting to where you need to be, things are not going the way you would like them to go.

And there's and old saying that says: If it ain't broke don't fix it. But you don't know that it's broken. That's the problem. You just keep trying to fix it. Over and over and over again, you keep trying to fix it. But it doesn't work. It's like fishing for a particular kind of fish in a certain stream where the fish doesn't live.

You're determined to make certain you can catch that fish in that stream. So when we say let go, how do we mean that? What is that when we say let go? Let go means no longer trying to force something to work the way you want it to work. But instead turn to God and say: I've done all I can do with this issue. I really can't do anymore. I'm going to let go and trust that you will take this issue for me and do that which is best for me, to my highest good.

This lesson has been very difficult in the 50 years that I've been teaching to get people to understand that they have a resource in God. They have a resource in Spirit. And they too can open that door. Let go and watch the miracles that happen when you Let go. My young Padawan is with me today and I'm going to call on him throughout the Shows to bring his perspective, his point of view across. Alfred, how have you done with letting go and letting God?

ALFRED:
It was an incredibly difficult lesson. Because we're taught that if you want to succeed, if you want to get ahead, you have to control the outcome. You need to get the outcome the way that you want. There's an advertisement that says - You don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate. So much of Western Culture tells you you need to be in control.

And one of the basic teachings that I've learned from Hans is that by being in control, yeah sure, you'll get what you understand... you'll get what your humanness, by yourself, understands. And what I've learned from Hans is by letting go of control of the outcome, by letting go of the way it needs to look, then you open yourself up to possibilities that your humanness, your poor little brain, could never understand. You open yourself up to the possibilities of the Universe.

HANS:
And remember that we are Angels in human form. We are not a human form with an Angel attachment. We are actually Spirit in human form. But because we are in human form we are susceptible to human frailties. We all know what that looks like. I knew what that looked like yesterday morning, for instance.

So we all have to, I like to say, laugh at our mind chatter. Have you ever noticed, Alfred, that mind chatter never really tells you anything good about yourself? It always reminds you of what you're not, what you can't do, you're not good enough, you're not pretty enough, you're not thin enough? But it rarely ever says: You know, you're just wonderful the way you are and I love you.

ALFRED:
And that's the easiest way to understand if what is coming to you, what you're hearing is coming from your mind, your limited humanness or if it's coming from the Universe. If it's nagging you telling you what's wrong, what could be better, what you need to have, it's pretty much coming from your brain. If it is coming at you by saying: Everything's okay, we have you, trust us, there's nothing you need, just be peaceful... that's the Universe talking to you.

HANS:
Right. And remember the mind chatter is a product of your history. It really isn't telling you anything true. It's very concerned about what “might” happen. Not what actually “is” happening. But its perception is if it doesn't know it, it's out of control. And if it's out of control, something could happen.

So when you are trying to develop your spirituality and find your oneness with God and bring your Angels and Guides to work with you and to open your life to “all” that you can be, this becomes a direct threat to the mind. Because the mind feels it's out of control.

So you have the head-mind and the heart-mind. And the heart-mind will always tell you everything will be alright. The heart will tell you: Don't worry, we'll get through this. But the mind will turn and say: But how? How are we going to get through this? The rent is due, the car payment is due, you may lose your job or you've lost your job and you may never get another one. That's old mind chatter.

ALFRED:
Oh, I've got a good one. Relationships.

HANS:
We're going to be doing a lot about Relationships in these shows.

ALFRED:
That is absolutely one of our most asked about topics and probably one of the most relevant topics in terms of Let Go and Let God. And it probably is one of the most personal topics. There's so many people that are close to us that have a choice in their relationships... to get a relationship... to determine if they should stay in the relationship... is to Let Go and Let God. And that's really what you're talking about. You can drive yourself absolutely crazy trying to figure it out on your own.

HANS:
I think we try to take individuals and make them into what we'd like them to be. Rather than say just who they are in their uniqueness and their individuality is perfect for me.

ALFRED:
How about this one? Say you want a relationship. Let's take that one for an example. That one's going to hit close to home here. Huh,  Hans?

HANS:
Oh, yes.

ALFRED:
And let's say you'd like a relationship. You've got two ways to go about it. And that's what we're trying to talk about right here. You have the choice of doing things the way that you understand them which is: Okay, let me go through my list... and let me try to figure it out... and I'm in control... and it's up to me to find somebody... “or” you can work with the Universe to find you a Soul Mate.

HANS:
Yes.

ALFRED:
And surrender control, surrender the outcome. How does that sit with you Hans?

HANS:
Well, it sits very well because when we try to control how a relationship will enter our life we normally fail. Because the greatest relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself. You cannot be in an all trusting, all loving relationship, unless you love yourself. Because you have no one to give if you don't know who you are.

We try to hold on to relationships, for instance, that don't work anymore. And most people don't realize that there's something called Soul Crossing. And in Soul Crossing we come across someone who we have agreed to come across in this lifetime by our dharma, our karma, if you will, to work through some issues... to be mirrors, growth partners for each other. But we're actually headed in a different direction.

And so these relationships come into our lives and we think: Oh, this is it, I've got it. And they fall apart. So when you let go of your “need” to have a relationship, you're saying to God: I am available for that certain someone who can see me as I see me... and I have no judgments of me... and I love me.

Then The Spirit... The Great Spirit begins to unlock the doors that bring that someone to you. But sometimes those someones come in for 1 day, 10 years, or 50 years. It depends on what the dharma is. But if you live each day and surrender to letting go and letting God, the relationship will go exactly where it's supposed to be.

But your mind chatter tells you: In order to be whole, in order to be someone, you need a relationship. And nothing can be further from the truth. And people, no matter how pretty it sounds - You complete me - nothing could be further from the truth. You are not made half whole. God did not send half-baked cookies to this planet. You were whole and complete when you arrived. You were perfect... absolutely perfect.

You had a dharma, which is a map of what you chose to work through. Some lessons you wanted to learn. Certain people on The Other Side came with you to help you to learn those. Those are our Spirit Families, our Light Groups. And many of you have worked with the same people for many, many centuries in different forms one way or the other.

But letting go and letting God means that you no longer place a value in what other people look like... what other people think... what other people tell you you are. We have a saying that says: Not my problem. Why don't you explain that teaching that we give?

ALFRED:
The way I like to talk about it is how much do you understand about why you're here? Your own individual life path? Your own individual karma? But, you're by yourself every single day... you're with yourself every single day.

If you yourself do not completely understand your individual life path, your purpose in life, what lessons you have to work through... how can anybody else judge you? How can anybody else have an opinion of you? Which means how can you possibly care about what someone else says about you?

HANS:
One of the things that I taught Alfred was a wonderful saying from Dr. Terry Cole-Whittaker in which she said: What someone thinks of you is really none of your business. But what you think of what they think of you should be very much your concern. And he puzzled and pondered that. But I think you get that now don't you Alfred?

ALFRED:
Yes. But say you want a good relationship. You basically have two options. One, with your limited brain, try to figure it out yourself or to let go of the outcome. Let go of what other people think. Let go of what you think. And let the Universe provide you with the outcome.

HANS:
We're going to, throughout our many Shows to come, be discussing different forms of relationships, different forms of spiritual principles and teachings. So you will not all get it this evening, all the new people. But as we go along, you'll begin to see the pattern that frees you from the sense of being in what I refer to as "The Void."

And for many of you who don't know what The Void is, and I know all our Members do know because they've been with us for awhile, but The Void is a time in life where you may have a sense that there's more going from you or leaving you than coming towards you. You have a sense of uneasiness... a sense of not belonging. It is a time between two cycles of energy.

And it is a time when Spirit does remove from us things that don't offer us growth anymore. It can be a very off-putting time, as my English friends would say. In that, if you don't know it, it appears as fearful. You just see things leaving and nothing's filling them. And that's why I nicknamed it The Void. What I love about The Void is that it is a harbinger or the announcer of a new beginning.

Let's try it another way. When you were all in school your teacher, he or she, always had a big chalkboard behind them and they wrote the lesson and taught the lesson on the board. But at a certain point all the lesson had been written all over the board, even in the margins, and there was no place left to start the new lesson. And the teacher would then begin to erase the chalkboard, or one of the students did.

I was one of the students who got to erase the chalkboard. And you could hear people saying: No, no I'm not finished... I still haven't written this! And the teacher or the student erased the chalkboard anyway. And it was empty. Well, what do you do then?

Then the Spirit hands you new chalks to begin the new journey. And on the blank board you can write anything you want. On the blank board is all the possibilities of tomorrow. Not on the board that's been written on. That's done. It's the new board, the clean board, the board with nothing on it.

That's exactly the same principle that Spirit uses when we let go and we let God. They “know” when our chalkboard is full. And They know when it's time to let go. And you're encouraged to let go. But we hang on. We hang on to things over and over again... pretending that we're going to make them work when they won't. Okay?

By having faith that Spirit has heard you, and heard your request, is the key to letting go. Believe. Let Go and Let God. They know exactly what's supposed to be on your chalkboard. Know and believe that an outcome is already on the way... even though, my friends, you can't see it, you can't hear it... “know” it. Try to always have no judgment or opinion of when a solution is presented. Because that's your interference - the mind chatter.

The mind chatter desperately wants to know when and how and where and why. These are irrelevant questions. They have no bearing in spirituality. They have no bearing in the Godforce. That is human need. Nothing more, nothing less. Keep the mind chatter at bay and watch the miracles arrive. Alfred, how did you find the courage to have faith... to let go? Where did it come from?

ALFRED:
One of the most interesting things that you told me a long time ago and I think this is probably a good introduction to a lot of our people who are listening for the first time is “just try this.” Just try it. These things that we're teaching. Just try to incorporate them into your life and see how it goes. Because the absolute worse thing that's going to happen to you is you can go back to doing the thing that you know how to do.

HANS:
Right.

ALFRED:
You can be in control. You can do what you know. And when Hans first introduced me to these spiritual topics he said: Well, you can continue to argue and you can continue to tell me why they're not going to work “or” you can just try it.

Try it for a month, try it for 2 months, but try it. And if for some reason you don't like it, you can go back to the way that you were because apparently you seem to understand the way that that works very well... regardless of whether it works well or not. But you understand how that works.

HANS:
Well, it's yours.

ALFRED:
Yes, it's yours. You understand it and you're in control.

HANS:
There you go.

ALFRED:
So when Hans first told me about these teachings of course I had some choice words for him about...

HANS:
And folks you should've heard the words.

ALFRED:
And he said: Fine, just try it. And that was the first introduction to all of this. I didn't have much faith. I said: Fine, I'm just gonna try it. But after a little while I said: Hhhmmm... this stuff seems to work. And after you see it work over and over and over again, you just try a little thing here, a little thing there.

Like the lessons that Hans is trying to go over: How to Let Go - How to Let God. Then all of a sudden you start having faith and trust in the Universe that Spirit actually does have your back if you let go of the control.

HANS:
And the miracles show up don't they?

ALFRED:
Yes, and the miracles show up. And that's how I started having faith, is by actually working the lessons that Hans is teaching and saying: Wow, that actually happened.

HANS:
He was right.

ALFRED:
He was right. Unfortunately 99.9% of the time Hans is right.

HANS:
Well the Guidance is right.

ALFRED:
Guidance is right.

HANS:
I'm just the mouthpiece.

ALFRED:
We'll go into Hans being a Medium later. But that's how I got faith was seeing the results time and time again and saying: Wow, if I just let go, I could actually have faith that what's going to show up is for my highest good.

HANS:
And that's the key folks... is when you understand that God does not love anyone more in the world than you. Hear that again, children: God does not love anyone more in the world than you. Once you understand that concept, that the Godforce flows through you every day, your Angels, your Guides, your Helpers, your Friends, stand at the ready to help you.

And that you can learn how to bring that love, that light, and that power into your life. Once you get it, it never leaves you. That's when your life begins to change. This is the primary reason that we do this Show. I've been working for over 56 years and helping individuals to understand how wonderful they are to God. That their God has no judgment of them and they can partner with the Force.

One thing we bring into our Show, we attempt to bring in, we're a little serious today, but we love humor. Learning to laugh at yourself and learning to love yourself as God does. Because you know when The Spirit and when The Great Spirit looks at us, all they see is the baby Angels we are. They don't see our age, or our color, or what we're wearing, they just see the Angel that we actually all are.

All the rest of that "stuff" is "human stuff." Alfred arrived for his teachings with so much human stuff it was mind boggling. Alfred was an International Banker. And when I told him, many years ago, that someday he'd be doing this work, writing books and teaching classes, he just looked at me and he said: I'd like to have some of whatever you're smoking.

ALFRED:
Yes. That was the beginning of the choice words I had for Hans.

[Hans laughing in the background]

HANS:
And folks, it was not the easiest of things. I probably aged a lot during the first 5 years... but it's all worked out and I'm grateful.

ALFRED:
So if you want to know about a control freak, just ask. So for those of you who are control freaks...

HANS:
And you know who you are.

ALFRED:
Yes. I understand. This is another option. To say: Okay, if being a control freak is stressing you out and you're miserable, try this.

HANS:
And that's the key everybody. Is find the humor in your control issues. Watch yourself. Try to remove yourself slightly. And watch how your mind reacts to certain key words... or certain key people. And you'll find out what Spirit sees in you every day. Oh, my goodness there she goes again. Turn on Channel 13 she's on.

Listen to this mind chatter. Do you ever really sit back and listen to your crazies? And they run, and they run, and they wake you up at night. None of it is true. Not a thing of it is true. We have a perception that we have allowed ourselves to build and when things don't fit that perception we think something's wrong.

Years ago I was blessed... I was in Thailand and I was up north at a very spiritual old capital called a Utica. And I met this Monk... this Buddhist Monk. And we were talking about things and he said to me: What makes you think anything is wrong? And I had a litany of things to prove my point of view. And he said: No, that's your mind chatter. I said: But, are you saying that there's absolutely nothing wrong?

And he said: No, it's how you view it. It is your perception... and perception governs you in the Western World. For you, it's always more, or it's not enough, or it can't work, or it doesn't work. But there's no such statement as “enough”.

And for each and every one of you, remember that who you are in this moment, no matter whether you're driving your car tonight or today I guess it is... no matter what you're doing at this moment, you are enough for God.

Alrighty my friends, so the lesson today has been about "Let Go and Let God." For many of you this will be an old concept that you understand. But for a whole bunch of new people that are joining us today, this will be a new concept. And yes you have the power to change your life. Nobody has control over you.

And in Dr. James Allen's wonderful book "As a Man Thinketh" he said: It is important to remember that they themselves are makers of themselves. And we'll be reviewing these things and the lessons will be different each week.

I think that will conclude the lesson for today.

Topic: Faith, Trust and Belief
August 22, 2015

HANS:
Hi everybody. Welcome to the Show today. The topic for today is "Faith, Trust and Belief." You know there's an overlying fear in the world and with a lot of our people about Faith. Faith falls under a simple headline called "Do you believe." It's very simple for someone to say: Oh, I have absolutely faith that whatever I'm going to do is going to be okay... it's going to work. And that rolls off the tongue very nicely.

However, when something begins to appear that could be a bit challenging, Faith seems to begin to go out the window. And the old mind chatter, the old fears, they tend to start pulling themselves forward. And even with the best of intentioned peopled, this happens. Alfred, you've seen this in your work, haven't you?

ALFRED:
Yes. And these series of topics are meant to help with the beginning... the foundations. If I'm going to transfer into spirituality, where do I start? And one of the main topics is: Faith. Do you put your trust in something that you can't see, can't hear, can't understand... can't yet. Okay?

The topics in this Show, and of course all the products that we have, are meant to help you understand what is Faith, what is Trust, how to hear, how to work with The Other Side. So one of the foundation principles that we're trying to bring to you is in the transition from ego based life, human based life, into a spiritual based life, is holding on to Faith.

HANS:
Very true. And you know folks, again I want to say to you, even those of you who have been with us for years and years and you're working on it, it's simple to say... not so simple to do. And I don't want anyone beating yourself up because you think you let yourself down. Being in the human form is an on-going lesson for all of us. And for all of the people I know who have been in the business, and I know a lot of people, they're still working on their stuff.

I don't know, at this time, of anyone who isn't still working on something. So it's perfectly okay to put yourself in Faith and don't punish yourself if you appear to let yourself down. Okay? That's not going to do you any good... continue to re-set to fail. We're going to talk about that as we go through this morning's topics. So you just want to continue to believe and have Faith.

And Alfred, the second topic for today?

ALFRED:
Belief.

HANS:
Belief.

ALFRED:
Belief in something that you can't see with your eyes... you can't hear with your ears...

HANS:
That's tough, isn't it? That's really tough.

ALFRED:
Belief that there's an organization on The Other Side. Belief in Karma, Belief in Your Life Path, Belief in things that don't really make sense... but they're not supposed to make sense.

HANS:
Well I think that's what Yoda said when he was talking to Skywalker, he said: You just be. Be is believe. That when you believe in what is happening in your life, you believe that The Spirit is there for you, you believe you're on the right path, things just fall into place.

You know the old adage "Let Go and Let God." That is total Belief right there. And when you do that, when you Let Go and Let God, you're actually saying to the Universe: I trust you. I believe in you. I know you have my back. I know, for a fact, that you have me on the right track. I don't second guess this anymore. I'm here so that you can be here with me.

And sometimes there are things that come up folks, you just scratch your head and say: For all the good I've been doing, how could this have come into my life? It is because The Spirit has found a little tweaking that needed to be done.

You remember those days don't you, Alfred? They still happen today from time to time.

ALFRED:
Yes. And a lot of what we're talking about today is "not understanding." And that is the truth. What person could possibly understand the totality of God and the Universe? What person totally understands their life? Why are they here?

So, Belief really has to do with believing there is something so much greater than you, that you put Faith into, that you put your Belief into... that you are believing that there are Spirits and Guides and Angels on The Other Side that are doing things on your behalf.

HANS:
Constantly. Because remember The Other Side has a copy of our Dharma. They have a copy. So They know, more than you, where you're supposed to be, what you're supposed to be experiencing.

ALFRED:
Here's an interesting thing to believe. That souls on The Other Side know more about your life than you do.

HANS:
Yes, They do.

ALFRED:
There's something to believe in.

HANS:
Well, I'd say Thank Goodness, wouldn't you? (Chuckling) Because left on our own, well sometimes we don't do very well.

Sometimes we are given a challenge. A dear friend of mine, her husband recently passed away, and went downhill very, very quickly. And she said she tried to hold on to her faith, she tried to believe, but she said it crushed her. When you're married to someone for 36 years, that's most likely going to happen. And she's struggling right now in believing God is good. Why did God take her husband?

God didn't take her husband. He left at the appointed time. She's going where he went. Right now she's in a bit of anger, a bit of fear. But when she left the other day she said to me: I still believe. And that's the key. I can remember, Alfred, when you went through terrible times. And you always came back because you believed.

ALFRED:
And that brings us to our next topic: Trust. You can have Faith and Belief that there is a larger picture, a larger organization... You can believe and have all the faith in the world that there are souls watching over you. But do you Trust them? Do you Trust that what They're sending for you is for your highest good? Do you Trust that where you are is where you're supposed to be?

HANS:
Do you remember, you struggled with this?

ALFRED:
Yes. Do you Trust even though you don't understand?

HANS:
And sometimes we feel that Spirit really doesn't hear us.

ALFRED:
Yes.

HANS:
They may be listening, but do They actually hear what we're saying?

ALFRED:
Do you Trust if you pray? Do you Trust if you make a wish that They actually heard you?

HANS:
Here's a novel concept. I used to say this to Alfred. When you pray, don't expect anything. Pray because you'd like to put something in motion, but don't have an expectation that "we" think it is. Now you've seen that many times in your life haven't you?

ALFRED:
Expectations. There's a good one.

HANS:
Are limitations.

ALFRED:
Expectations are limitations.

HANS:
Absolutely.

ALFRED:
And do you Trust that what you're limited mind, which is limitation, do you Trust that the Universe has a bigger picture? And do you Trust that what They're doing and how They are guiding you is actually better than your expectation? That's a hard thing... to Trust.

HANS:
It is, it is. So when you put something out there and you say to Spirit: I really would like to see this or that happen, try very hard to not have an expectation of how it's supposed to look. That's why I always teach you - say: I'd like the experience of the following please. Rather than say: This is what I want.

When you say: I'd like the experience of the following please, don't put an addendum to it and say: And this is how I want it to show up. No, no, no. Trust, Believe and have Faith that Spirit, knowing your higher purpose, what you're supposed to be learning, is in fact working on this at this time even though perhaps nothing shows up for awhile. Because if you want to truly believe, then know in your heart, and trust in your heart, that The Other Side is working on that.

And I know Alfred, you've had some trouble with that from time to time.

ALFRED:
Yes. These are foundation principles. These are where you start. If there is a crack in your foundation it is hard to build higher principles... to go further in spirituality. In order to lean over, have a spiritual life, we're going to be going through some basic spiritual principles that really will help you have a foundation... things to fall back on.

HANS:
That's the key right there.

ALFRED:
Where do you fall back on? And trusting that The Other Side is guiding you to where you need to be no matter how rocky the water is, no matter how difficult the situation is...

HANS:
No matter how it appears.

ALFRED:
No matter how it appears.

HANS:
Remember, it's an illusion how it's appearing.

ALFRED:
So Trust that you're going through this for your higher good.

HANS:
So, Alfred, at what point did you go from thinking “you know” to believing “They do?” That's a toughy.

ALFRED:
Oh! It was very simple actually...

HANS:
Oh, really? Okay.

ALFRED:
I was arguing with Hans... and arguing and arguing and arguing from my educational experience... and Hans looked at me and said: Who knows more, you or God?

HANS:
That did it. Right then and there.

ALFRED:
And then I happened to come by a quote from Einstein at the later part of his life that said: I want to know God's thoughts, the rest are details.

HANS:
(Laughing) That's exactly right.

ALFRED:
So what we're trying to tell you is once you have a foundation of Faith, Trust and Belief, you can then move on to more advanced principles such as communicating with Spirit... hearing Guidance. But through these foundations and trusting... starting out with Trust that letting go... Trusting there is something infinitely more knowledgeable about your life may be one of the most important decisions you could make.

HANS:
That's very, very true, Alfred. Thank you for that. And that will conclude the lesson for today.

HANS:
Good evening everybody. Well, here we are. We made it back to California and a good time was had in Mexico. I thank all of you for your kind wishes that you sent. We got a lot of work done... a lot of things that we needed to get done and we're back here. We did take Bella... her first airplane trip.

Going down the dogie Valium worked; coming back the dogie Valium didn't work. We had to go from Puerto Vallarta to San Francisco and she did not like that. And she let us know in no uncertain terms. But she's just fine as you hear her tonight rustling around, well you'll know that she's up and running again.

Thank all of you for your kind emails this week. They have been very, very generous in the praise of this show and what it means to me... So I thank you all so very, very much.

Tonight I want to talk about a subject called "Why is Trust So Hard?" You know through the years you've heard me speak of trust and faith and... Have you ever noticed how we trust when things are going our way? And then when things start to get side-tracked, when life takes a detour, we have a tendency to let trust slip.

And guess what comes in to replace trust? Fear - our old friend - Fear. Isn't it easy how we can go... When everything is fine, we say: Oh, I trust, I trust, I trust. But let something go wrong in our imagination, from our perception... let something go awry and suddenly all that trust that we said we had begins to turn to fear and despair. And then the "what-if's" and the "possibilities" and the "could's" and maybe there... maybe, just maybe our faith wasn't as strong as we thought it was.

Trust is a strange term. For me, trust means "being." Knowing all that happens around me has nothing to do with me. Of course when you get to be my age you can probably say that. But I think when you're a younger person or you're in your 30's or 40's or early 50's, I think it's much different because there are so many things that present themselves to us.

You know, since the election, so many of my friends, not only in this country but overseas, have been saying: But we believed. But we had faith. We knew we that this was the way that we needed to go and now look at what's happened, we've been punished for it. Remember what I say to you folks sometimes when I say: "And what makes you think anything is wrong?" Our perception is that somebody won an election. Somebody apparently appeared to lose an election. But is that true?

If we have trust that right action will prevail no matter what the appearance... If we back away from the pundents... I catch myself... Oh my goodness, shame on me. I've got to tell you. I go from Keith Oberman over to FOX back to Chris Matthews back to FOX. And it's so interesting how there are two entirely different perceptions of what is going on in the United States. Two different... It's as though there are two entirely different people living in the United States... groups, camps.

For those of you who had absolute faith and trust in the previous election shall we say, you may say: What happened to that trust? What happened to that faith? What indeed has happened? Many people lost their trust and their faith and didn't go to vote. It's that simple. Voter turnout was down significantly. People in the middle moved right, that's all. Both parties, both groups of people believe they hold the answer and they trust in that and they want to believe in that.

So we have two people with absolutely diametrically opposed belief systems... thinking God loves only them and therefore, they're right. What I'm going to ask all of you to do is watch and see... watch and see, my friends, two years and see what happens. Just watch and see what happens. You might be surprised.

For instance, I was talking to a lady I know the other day before I left Mexico. And she said to me: Hansie, it appears I'm going to lose my job. I've been here for 31 years. I'm not trained to do anything else. I don't know anything else. She said: I've lost my trust in Spirit because this is not what I had planned. So I've known her long enough... She lives in the midwest... I've known her long enough to say to her: Margaret, what makes you think anything is wrong? She said: Because I trusted it and I believed that I would have this job until I couldn't work any longer.

And I said to her: Do you remember our last conversation? When you said to me: The only thing, Hansie, I regret is that I didn't follow this dream that I had to do this thing. I said: Yes, I remember that thing. She said: That's the only thing I regret. If I could, I would've changed that. If I could, I would have changed that. Well, Spirit heard that as: I wish I could change that. And so I said to her again: What makes you think that anything is wrong? She's still struggling with that.

If you have trust, sheer trust, just absolute trust and belief that Spirit will get you through, that Spirit does know who you are. If you have absolutely trust and faith that Spirit is leading you in the right direction, even though, in your perceptions, something has happened. For all of you who love me, I love you back. But I watched the questions throughout the last eight months or however long we've been being with you, and you can see how we all struggle with trust and belief.

Because we wouldn't ask the questions we ask if we trusted in Spirit. We would know that no matter what presents itself as truth is only truth if it is truth. Because we have a perception that Spirit sometimes must alter, do we ever stop and say: Well, I wonder where this road is going to lead me? Or do we automatically replace trust with fear?

So, again, when everything is going well, oh we trust, we believe... But, when something goes awry fear comes in, then doubt comes in, then the shadows come in, then the worry, the fear, the guilt, the what-if's. All the things that don't happen... that don't happen. But we start adding energy and adding power to that possibility. And that's when we begin to fail ourselves. We can never fail Spirit because Spirit does not judge us. But we, when we lose our trust and our absolute faith...

I had an opportunity to be at Agape about a month ago... Agape University, Reverend Michael Beckwith. And Reverend Michael was talking about what happens when we lose our faith. What happens is the mind comes in with its old set of tapes and it begins to run those tapes and those tapes begin to attract doubt and fear and panic... and the what-if's. The what-if's become bigger and bigger and bigger. None of which are true, mind you. None of this is true. It came out of a perception that because something didn't go "this way", it's automatically going to go "that way."

I talked to a gentleman the other day, down in Mexico on the beach, and he said to me... We were talking about something and I said: Well what would you have changed? He said: Well I would have done this a lot earlier. He said: I spent all those years, all those years working and paying bills and paying debt and trying to accumulate some money... trying to get some stocks, some bonds, trying to protect my family and here I am at 55 wiped out. After all I did... all I did. All the commuting, all the tuition, all the stuff I did. My wife is gone. All I did was wiped out because I had faith and I believed that's where I should go. He said: Next time I'm going to put my faith in myself and not in someone or something else.

Folks, put your faith in yourself and you'll never, ever go wrong. Fear, you've heard me say for half a century now, fear is the greatest enemy we ever have. Remember, we have nothing to fear but fear itself. I hope they speak those words at my memorial. I hate to steal that from Franklin. But fear drives us to do things, fear drives us to say things, fear motivates us to become less than who we actually are.

And when you go to that mirror... I received a letter from a lady, an email... I guess letters are out of the question anymore... an email from a lady the other day and she said: For the first time I finally heard you. She said: I've had your "Stop Searching and Start Living."  She said: I've had "You Are Enough." I've got all these things. She said: I finally went to the mirror and did what you said and she said: I couldn't tell myself "I loved myself." She said: That's when I knew that I had been governed by my subconscious and my fear all of my life. And she's 50 years old.

She said: But I worked on it and I worked on it and I worked on it. And she said: Finally when I could say: And I love you very much and I'm going to take care of you and no one is ever going to harm you again. Which of course is speaking to your fear. She said: It was like this flash of light went through the room. She said: Everything started moving and there was energy flowing and color and Boom! It stopped suddenly. And she said: I felt like this giant weight had just been lifted off me and thrown away.

That's what happens when you let go of fear and no matter life presents you with, you have absolute faith. Know how much much the Spirit loves you when you love yourself and you believe in you and you believe in Them.

And that will conclude the lesson for this evening.

Topic: Living Fearless Of The Unknown
April 20, 2015

HANS:
Hello everyone. Today's topic is "Living Fearless of the Unknown." One of the things I've always noticed that Spirit does is try to teach us about how to not live in the human scene and all the fear that it generates. The Spirit once said to someone who said she was very fearful of something... And he said to her: How can you be fearful of it if you don't know what it is? She said: I don't know but I'm afraid of everything.

I think, from when we're very young, we are given things to be aware of, to be concerned about, shall I say. And we have a tendency to look a little towards the darker side of possibilities. In other-words, when a situation comes up, we have a tendency to say: Oh gee, I wonder if it's going to work, what if I get in trouble, what if this isn't for me, what if I lose my job...

So "Fear," as Spirit has always said to me, is its own food. It tends to feed itself. But learning to live a fearless life sounds so simple doesn't it? But living a fearless life means: Refusing to allow fear to be part of your mental and spiritual dialogue. The dialogue you have with yourself. Now remember, that humanness in and of itself, children, is limitation. Humanness is limitation. Humanness is only aware of what it is aware “of.” But it is not aware of all there is.

So no matter who the person is, no matter what category of life they're in, no matter what their teachings have been, no matter what they're trying to teach, all humans have a fear based mentality. So your job, being in the human form, is to learn to rise above the appearance of fear knowing there is nothing to be afraid "of".

You've often heard me say during World War II, Franklin Delano Roosevelt addressed the Congress after the attack at Pearl Harbor and he said, very specifically, an old metaphysical saying: And it said: “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” Remember that's all we have to worry about is that when we give power to fear, fear presents itself to us. And it does so in such a way as it presents itself as "real."

Now Alfred, I'm going to ask you to step in here. Your thoughts on these particular subjects that we're talking about today...

ALFRED:
Since I've been studying under Hans for the past several years, I've learned this term called "transcending." I would have never, ever used the term transcending in my prior life that was full of all kinds of very large consulting words that I will not indulge you with... But what does transcending mean? Transcending to me means going over and above, to go past, to go so far beyond whatever you were considering, that you transcend it.

And the way I look at fear personally is to transcend it. To say: Fear is keeping you from those things that you don't have. Fear is keeping you from all the possibilities of Spirit. And if Spirit is just pure love, pure support, the love that a parent would give a child, the love that God has for you... if that is what you don't have, then do the complete opposite - embrace it, go after it with all your heart. Fear is a human trait. Transcending fear is thinking that you absolutely deserve to have in your life the unknown.

HANS:
Well, all our potential is in the unknown. All of our potential lies in not knowing. In other-words, everything that we do every single day is based on an unknown. In other-words, you're going to go to the market... you're going to go to the barbershop... you're going to go on a trip. But somewhere in your humanness you'll manufacture things like "I wonder how the traffic is... I wonder if they'll have the item I'm going to buy... I wonder if I'll be safe in the car...".

So again, humanness, in and of itself is a limitation. Now Spirit, in and of "itself" is boundless, it's limitless, it breathes clearly, it has no sense of fear or doubt. You ever notice a very young child? Basically, they're born with no fear. My little dog Bella has no fear. She's never been treated to anything that would bring fear into her life so she basically thinks... I call her "AB" - anybody's baby... She just thinks that everybody is just there for her and is wonderful and kind and might have a treat of some kind, you never know.

This is how we should be. Afraid of what? We're mesmerized in the human form by the human condition. We're mesmerized. We believe it. It's on television. The President said so. Some journalist said so. So the way we operate in the human form is to expect that there needs to be fear somewhere along the way, caution somewhere along the way. But when you begin to walk in both worlds, when you have one foot in this dimension, one foot in the spiritual dimension, all of that fear begins to dissipate. And you begin to understand that The Spirit, again, is endless, it's boundless. It affords us the opportunity to truly transcend the illusion of your humanness.

Now people will say: Well I'm here to be human. No, you're not. You're here in human form to work through some lessons. Again, be in the world but not of it. So, you see, we're here, as Spirit in human form to work through certain things we chose to learn. One of them is: Not to be fearful.

Any advice, Alfred?

ALFRED:
It is a choice. Just as all spiritual lessons, especially when presented by Hans himself, he presents it in a way that it is a choice. We've said many times: Here's a possibility to live your life. Not just not in fear but to embrace the unknown, to welcome to unknown, to be absolutely psyched out of your mind.

HANS:
Well isn't it wonderful, the unknown? Just think of the potential in it.

ALFRED:
Exactly. And considering that it's being presented by your Guidance, by the Universe, by all the love that the Universe and your Guidance have for you to embrace the unknown. What's the difference? The difference is you made a choice.

HANS:
Because all of your tomorrows are in the unknown.

ALFRED:
And it simply, believe it or not, a decision to say: I'm going to be psyched out of my mind. I'm so excited about the unknown. Or, to let... da, da, dah, your mind chatter say: No, I'm in fear of the unknown. Believe it or not, when you go deep inside, it's a choice.

HANS:
The more we surrender our human awareness, the more we lose control. And the more we lose control, the more power we have. Because when we turn loose of the way we think it needs to look, the way we think it needs to feel, and we say: I am available for that which is truly to my highest good.

We go back to what we said - that Spirit is limitless. Our associate with the Spirit is limitless. But if we hold on very tight and we say it needs this way or it needs to look that way... Then what happens is we lose the possibilities in the moment. And in the moment is everything... always. In the moment is our life. Not yesterday and not tomorrow. Right here today. So the less control, the more available we become to the unknown. And therein lies our hopes, our joys, and our possibilities.

ALFRED:
Letting go of control is just about part of every spiritual practice there is. Whether it is Buddhism, whether it's Healing, whether it's Reiki... Any type of spirituality there will be these words: Surrender... Let go... Let go of control. Okay? And part of the practice of when you decide to let go of fear is to let go of control of what you have so that you can make space within your being, within your life, for the unknown. So that you make space for your Guidance, for the Universe, to provide you things that you don't have.

So that's why it's the next step, should we say, after you make a choice is to then look at other things such as... Okay, I'm going surrender. I've made a decision to let go of fear... I'm going to let go of control... I'm going to make space in my life. That's part of the process that all aspects of your life follow through with letting go of fear, embracing the unknown, embracing that what is going to be presented for you is for your highest good.

HANS:
Yes. And you know folks, making ourself available is where Spirit can guide us to places we cannot imagine. Making ourself available for us means turning loose of the way you perceived it... the way you perceived it had to look.

ALFRED:
We cannot even imagine what "could" come into our life by letting go.

HANS:
No, you can't. By letting go you say: I trust you to God. I believe in you to Spirit. I'm willing to not have a judgment what I'm going through, what you're presenting to me now, because I "know," beyond any reasonable doubt, it is to my highest good. I know it. You see how that works? You've heard it your whole life... When someone says: Let go and let God. We hear it and we digest it. But do we ever really "hear" it? Let go and let God.

There are times in my life when every path that I was going down was closed. Every single, solitary path... And I used to say to God: Why? And I would get this rather sweet little voice that said: It's to your highest good. You just don't know it yet. But that's the truth, you see? My consciousness, your consciousness, in order to feel good about the conditions of our life try to define what it has to look. And when it doesn't look that way we suffer from something I call - lost expectations. And it's in those lost expectations that fear grows.

Rather than saying: I don't know what's in this but I'm going to hang on because I'm dying of curiosity and I trust my God, and I trust my Guides, and I trust my Angels, and I know they're going to take me where I need to be. So making ourself available for Spirit guides us to places we can't even begin to imagine.

When I heard the interview between Deepak Chopra and Oprah when she said to him: Did you every dream this? He said: No, I didn't have the capability. And he turned to her and said: Oprah, did you ever dream you'd be... She said: Oh, no. I didn't have the capability. She said: Spirit dreamed this dream for me.

Neither one of these people... even though Deepak's father was a very well known Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine... even though Oprah was a deeply religious individual... Neither one of them believed they would be in control of billion dollar empires... for good. It's nice to think about it. But they did what Spirit sent for them to do and the rest is history.

I'd like to talk a little bit about how to turn fear of the unknown into a deep desire for that which is beyond our thoughts. In other-words I want to turn about turning the fear into possibilities. Many years ago, I don't have a copy of it, it could be in my library, I'll have to take a look... A gentleman by the name of Jerry Jampolsky wrote a book called "Face the Fear and Do It Anyway." That's a line from Spirit - Face the fear and do it anyway. We now have programs where people can go on zip-lines and people jumping out of airplanes... What are they trying to do? They're trying to get past their fear which has been their limitation.

I had a dear lady who was married to a gentleman who, for whatever reason, became very angry and resentful. And she had three children and he was coming home drunk. And they got therapy for him. Nothing worked. He was just this very angry man. And one day he hit her in front of the children. And she called me... booked an appointment. And I said these words to her after hearing her story... I said: Mam, I don't understand why you're calling me. You should have already made your decision. She said: But I'm struggling. And I said: No, you're afraid. She said: What do you mean? I said: You're afraid. You're afraid to jump off the cliff into the unknown. It's time to let this gentleman go. He will be in your life forever because he is the father of your children. But that he hit you in front of the children says to you: Oh, I'm out of here. I will not live under a place that is fearful for me. She did, of course, do the right thing for herself and her children and in the end it wound up being the right thing for ex-husband as well.

When we agree to no longer be bound... to no longer being bound by  humanness, our whole life opens up.

Alfred, let's talk a little bit about how to turn fear of the unknown into a deep desire or form... say that which is beyond our thoughts.

ALFRED:
There's something I've known for a very time that if you're in control, you're by yourself.

HANS:
Yes. If you're in control, your out of control.

ALFRED:
If you're in control, you're alone. You're alone with your thoughts; you're alone with what you think you know. The other option is to surround yourself with people who love you unconditionally, people who have your highest good in mind at all times, people who know more than you, people who are not in limitation, people who are spiritual. So who am I talking about? It's surrounding yourself with Spirit. Opening yourself up to that. That is the complete opposite of fear. If you're in fear, you're trying to control the outcome, you're trying to buffer yourself, you're trying to protect yourself. Hence, you're pushing away those people who are trying to help you.

That's the opposite of spirituality. Instead the opposite of fear is embracing and surrounding yourself with knowledge and guidance and wisdom and love. That is exhilarating.

HANS:
Yes, it is. I think what is very, very helpful for people is when they realize they have a partner in God... that they have a partner in Spirit. You know what I've noticed throughout the years is, over the thousands and thousands of people I've seen, I would say 20 to 35% of all spirits in human form, these wonderful souls of ours, believe that they're alone.

They believe there is a God, they believe that there are Spirit Guides. But they're not so certain that they have their own Guidance. They're not so certain that Spirit hears them or that God considers them good enough to listen... to hear their prayers. And I want to assure everyone here that the Great Spirit hears everything. Spirit hears everything. They know who you are before you ever came here. They're aware of you. They love you. They support you. It is when you in your need to complete your lessons get caught up in the appearance of humanness. I refer to it, as Joel Goldsmith did... the human scene. The human condition. The human scene and the human condition are about what's "wrong." Not what's "right." But what's "wrong."

And since we're bombarded daily, yearly, monthly, with this constant barrage of the media... It's interesting... Alfred no longer listens to any news. In fact, he barely watches TV unless it's something to do with auto racing. Because he found out that it disturbs his ease. It disturbs his peace.

ALFRED:
It is, in general spiritual practice, that you want to be happy and peaceful. But going back to what Hans was previously saying is that just feel deep down inside that the family and friends you always wished for are there.

HANS:
Already there... absolutely.

ALFRED:
They are already there.

HANS:
Yes.

ALFRED:
By just a simple perception change to say: I don't have to look for the most awesome friends and family that know me deeply, who already know who I am, who already know my life-path. I don't have to look for them.

HANS:
No.

ALFRED:
They're already there.

HANS:
They're already there.

ALFRED:
And if you take that simple perception change, all of a sudden you "know" by just simply asking and saying: I need some help - regardless of what it is. Even today I'm putting back together one of the computers. Literally had to rebuild a computer before...

HANS:
And you asked. Remember?

ALFRED:
And I said: Guys, this is a little stressful. I don't want to do this by myself. Please help me.

HANS:
This is him talking to his Guidance.

ALFRED:
Reassemble the computer. Okay. Fine. All of a sudden I just put together like about 20 tiny, I can't tell you how tiny, itty bitty, these screws were. Anyway, it just "felt" so wonderful to have these people who just love me and support me and want me to do good by my side helping me do something.

HANS:
Always. 24/7.

ALFRED:
Whatever it is. And it's "that." That deep inside "knowing" which creates a burning desire to get help, to reach beyond what we know, to reach beyond our abilities, to... ready? "Surrender." And to have help doing anything. Any part of your life. It just sits inside you and just feels so wonderful.

HANS:
Yes. You're never alone, children. Always remember - You're never alone. Look at your thoughts each day. See if your thoughts are gravitating towards human awareness or spiritual awareness. Walking with one foot in this dimension and one foot in the spiritual dimension will make your life a wondrous joy.

It doesn't happen overnight people, please. But you start with the intention: By not allowing the mind chatter to find its way to your heart and to scare you. Have no fear. You are never alone.
