December 20, 2015

HANS:
This is the time of year—and over the last three or four weeks we’ve been talking about letting go of old things, building a new place for new things, trusting—this is a great time for what I like to call spiritual renewal. Because what’s really happening is, I look out my window and all my green trees are now brown and gray, and yet because of that, there’s more light coming into the house. You see?

And so, there’s all these possibilities when we look at things and we think they’re a certain way, that doesn’t mean they’re that way. When you start to set yourself with the intention of, “I wonder what next year is going to bring? I wonder what these holidays will bring?”

The holidays should bring you back to you. Give yourself a hug. Give yourself a gift. We went to see a movie the other night called “The Intern.” I couldn’t recommend it more. Wonderful, fun, kind, spiritual movie. Go along and see it. Little things that you could do for yourself during the holidays makes the Spirit smile. Sometimes we find ourselves alone, in the appearance of being alone, during the holidays. What are the possibilities in that? Getting to know yourself a little better. Sleeping in a little longer. Doing something for yourself. Calling an old friend. Emailing someone can bring a smile on their face. There’s all kinds of wonderful things you can do.

Alfred and I tried to go see “Star Wars,” and we got caught up in the traffic, and there was no way in the world—Alfred even bought the tickets online—we could even get near the theatre. Everybody in the mall going last minute shopping. That’s not what the holidays are about. The holidays are about reflection. Remember I was telling Alfred about the Christmas’s past I was so thrilled to have been part of. All of those people are gone now, but oh my goodness, it brings a smile to my face to remember the decorations, and now in this time, I have new friends. Alfred and I are speaking to people. Alfred is doing a bunch of stuff online with people he hasn’t seen in twenty years. There’s tons of possibilities at this time of the year. Then when we turn our little heads from what was, was is, to what’s going to be, we look at the vast 2016 landscape and there’s nothing there. Isn’t that wonderful? Because at the holiday time, the Spirit gives you the tools for the new beginning. You know that, don’t you, Alfred?

ALFRED:
Spirit gives you the tools for the new beginning during the holiday times.

HANS:
Always.

ALFRED:
Well, the last couple of shows we’ve been talking about letting go and making space, and that’s what’s most important. The truth is the energy for possibilities is always there. What we’re saying is, this is a wonderful time to make space for those possibilities, to let go of things, so you have room, you’re available for what could come to you. You’re not in control, holding on to the thing disconnecting yourself from your possibilities, so for the last few weeks we’ve been talking about letting go, clearing, making space. The holidays and the end of the year are a good time so that you can start your new beginnings.

HANS:
You remember, kids, the early years of this show, and I used to talk about your chalkboard is how you act out your life and at a certain point you’ve written so much on the chalkboard that there’s really no more room to write anything new. No room to talk about possibilities, it’s done. And remember we talked about the void and I said the void is a time Spirit uses to erase your chalkboard. You flail and kick and moan and groan, the same thing you did at school when the teacher started to erase it, and you hadn’t copied everything yet. Well, that’s what Spirit does during the holidays for so many of us. They begin to erase the chalkboard. But remember what Spirit said to you, They always give you new chalks. Many colored chalks, which are possibilities. So when the board is erased and you think you’re at the end and there’s nothing you can look forward to and you’re sitting there wondering, “What’s going to happen now? I don’t like my job,” or “I don’t have a job, I don’t have a partner, I don’t like the partner I’m with. What’s going to happen for me?” Spirit is listening. And They’re saying, “Remember the chalks.”

So for all of you, when you turn and you look at the empty space, or the void of your existence, that’s the time when you should party. When you should go out, enjoy yourself. Say, “I don’t know what’s coming up, but I know my God loves me, Spirit loves, is giving me new chalks, and next year I can’t wait to see the end of the year to see what’s happened.” That’s what you all should be doing.

ALFRED:
I saw a little hint one time that said, every time something really good happens to you, write it down on a piece paper and put it into a jar and at the end of the year read all those little pieces of paper so that you can remember all the goodness that happened to you throughout the year.

HANS:
Do you remember some years ago when Oprah had that grateful thing on her show and she asked us to everyday write down one thing you were grateful for that day, and then at the end of the year you’ll have three hundred and something things you were grateful for. And go back and read those. We forget the good that happens in the year. We only concentrate on what we perceived is the bad and what we perceived didn’t happen.

ALFRED:
And that’s tough. A lot of us fall into that human-ness of thinking about what you don’t have, instead of remembering that your glass is half full.

HANS:
Always.

ALFRED:
Put your energy toward the positive.

HANS:
You know as you grow older, what you learn is that the only value in life is love. Nothing else holds any value, the rest is ego. What didn’t happen, who didn’t show up, it’s all ego.

The truth of the matter is, we are these baby angels having a human experience. You hear me talk about it all the time, and if we have a demon, if we have a devil, it is our own mind chatter. And our mind chatter continues to get in our way year after year after year, and reminds us of all the things we didn’t get, what didn’t happen, “Oh and this could happen or that could happen. I didn’t like doing this,” or “I didn’t like doing that.” We all forget we made it. We got here, by hook or by crook, but we got here.

Next year, I think we’ll be going in our sixth year of doing the show, next April, and when we started this, we had, I think, eight people. Now we’re all over the world. So just to help you out here, folks, remember when you can’t see anything, hear anything, feel anything, you’re perfect at that moment. Because that’s the moment Spirit is using to re-define your energy. To pull together the things you’re hoping you can experience.

Remember always, the first seven days of January, sets the intention for the year. Everybody listening? Hello? First seven days. Make a list of what you would like to experience in the coming year. Not what you want children, what you would like to experience, it’s two different things. Put that in an envelope, put the date on it, put your name on it and put it in a drawer. Next January, have a look-see. See how much of that has come true.

The reason I ask you to do this is going back to our teachings about setting your intentions. Energy following thought. When you understand that you’ve set your intention, then you can have a quiet expectation that Spirit already heard that. They’ll take care of it. Don’t worry. Be happy.

And that will conclude the lesson for today.

December 12, 2015

HANS:
For many people the only choice they have each day is how to find food. How to find shelter. It’s not about whether they will eat, it’s whether will they be able to. We are born in this country into a society of plenty and we have all kinds of situations here to help everybody at different levels. I don’t think a lot of people  understand how many safety nets there are in the United States. I’m not saying it’s perfect, but we have so many safety nets to help our people to get through.

This time of the year, do something for you. Everybody’s out wrapping presents. I said to Alfred yesterday, the traffic here in Asheville is crazy. It’s the most I’ve ever seen. I realized, oh, everybody’s running to get Christmas presents and visit with friends, and that’s wonderful, but let’s have a choice that says, “I’m going to give myself peace. I’ve decided I’m going to give myself peace.”

ALFRED:
A lot of the things we cover in the abundance course is understanding that you’re in limitation if your abundance is defined by money. You can have the abundance of love, the abundance of joy, the abundance of happiness, the abundance of peace. Notice how spiritual those words are. They’re in sync with the universal energy, in sync with the universal flow. Now say, “My abundance is money.” That just sounds like it’s limitation.

So when you’re thinking of ways to pamper yourself and choices that you have, think about what is in the flow, what is real. If you’re thinking in physical terms, you’re in limitation. If you’re thinking of what is truth, where you’re going, where you came from, you’re thinking of things that are in flow with universal energy.

HANS:
Absolutely. And you know, today I’m going to be sitting outside on my porch, in my rocker, and if anybody would have told me back in the days, when I was born in Los Angeles that I’d be sitting on the side of a mountain in a rocker on the front porch in the mountains, I would have thought, “Oh, well you need some help!”

But the peace and the joy of being able to do that is absolutely wonderful. Listening to the birds. Bella likes to come out and sit.

You have choices. Give yourself the gift of choice. Don’t get caught up, children, in the appearance of lack. Of scarcity. Of fear. Of doubt. Don’t do that. Find something, anything, that makes you smile. For those of you who have computers, you can go on the internet and there’s just a ton of things you can do. I recommend for instance, you can go and watch the H.M.S Ocean. Mariah Carey’s Christmas song, and watch the whole crew, boys and girls, mime the whole song. It’s wonderful! Free. You can go and listen to music, for free.

You have an abundance of gifts here, let’s not focus on political candidates saying stupid things. Let’s not focus on the pundits. Remember, all those pundits that they pay all that money to for about what might happen. Isn’t that right, Alfred?

ALFRED:
Yes, and you have two choices when you’re looking at how you’re going to feel about things. Are you worrying about what might, could possibly happen in the future, or are you reflecting upon being in the moment, being in the now, as a basis of spiritual principles? If you want to find peace, joy and happiness, it’s about being in the moment. If you’re in the future, you’re in separation.

HANS:
Absolutely. So just finding simple things to do. Sometimes getting some pictures of the family that’s crossed over and sitting down and being with those pictures, and putting a little Christmas ball here, and a little something there, and maybe a card or two, anything that brings you in joy and in touch with your history, the wonder, how you got here, all these wonderful people that made your life possible, some of them you never knew. Your great grandparents; you never even knew them.

Being grateful and happy in the moment at the holiday season. Let your Guidance know, let Spirit know that you’re not caught up in the appearance of fear. We have a policy here where we don’t really do gifts for Christmas, we give all year long. That’s something a lot of you should look at. Don’t be panicked if you don’t have a Christmas present. Or you give one or receive one. That’s not what’s important. Did you get a hug from someone you haven’t seen in a year? That’s important. Did you go and have a coffee with someone you’ve been too busy to see and they’ve been too busy—and did you get caught up?

Our little dog Bella got really sick, with a bronchial condition and the coughing was just horrible, and she got to the doctor yesterday, and she’s up and running. She wasn’t happy. She had to have some shots and some antibiotics, all kinds of stuff, but I’m grateful she’s okay.

ALFRED:
Yes.

HANS:
Choices. Opportunities. Let this Christmas be something that rings in your heart. That reminds you of all the chances you’ve had. All the good things that have been in your life. Don’t dwell on what didn’t show up. Don’t dwell on what hasn’t happened. Dwell on, “Oh, I’m still here. I’m still alive. I have choices. I have possibilities.”

Alfred and I have friends right now that won’t be here next year at Christmas. Their choices are limited but they’re still smiling, and, folks, that’s the key.

Don’t look at the appearance of your life as reality. Just look, “Oh that’s passing through me. Oh that’s passing by. I wonder what I’m supposed to learn from this?” And we’re getting ready for a whole new year. A brand new beginning, and in that beginning, you have all kinds of wonderful gifts that by this time next year you’ll say, “Well how did that happen? I never saw that coming.”

I had a telephone call from a lady the other day and she said, “Hansie I have to cancel my appointment, I’ve lost my job.” I said, “Wonderful, what are you going to do?” She said, “You know what? At first I got very frightened, but then I realized I didn’t want that job, it just was a lousy time for it to happen.” I said, “What are you going to do?” She said she was going to make a list of what she didn’t want anymore. There you go. She said, “I’m not going to fund energy to that anymore, and when I’m ready I’ll give you a call.” I said, “Wonderful!”

So folks, what I want you to know is that there are possibilities in your life everyday, and those possibilities increase as you believe. The key is believing.

And that will conclude the lesson for today.

November 23, 2015

HANS:
Hi, everybody. Whenever we get ready to do a show, I always ask Spirit, “Where do you feel people are for this particular week? What areas do you feel we need to look at?” This week, They said, “Thankfulness.” I said, “Well, I thought we may have covered that earlier in the year,” and They said, “Yes, but people have short memories sometimes.”

You know, folks, one of the great pains in the world, one of the great sadnesses in the world is when you feel you have no control. When you feel you’re totally at the whim of somebody else, that you have no choices. Then, we begin to look back at the very smallest of things, and when we start to put the smallest of things together we get a larger picture. Being thankful for the fact that you have choices is enormous for Spirit, and enormous in your life.

We can all sit around and have a long face and moan and groan about our plight, but the truth of the matter is that over 90% of us, maybe even 92 or 93%, still have choices. There are billions and billions of people whose only choice is to survive, to eat—that’s it. We have choices. We have a system that is set up to help us with our choices. If this doesn’t work, we have a system that will put us back in school to learn a new trade. If we’re hungry, we have a system that will feed us. We have these enormous options, but sometimes I think we get used to them. Ever notice that, Alfred? We forget that we do have good choices.

ALFRED:
Taking things for granted. So what we want to do is we want to start by taking gratefulness, gratitude, up to a spiritual level. Whenever you’re down—

HANS:
And we all get that way.

ALFRED:
Looking at the details, remember, that it’s human-ness you’re trying to understand, contemplate, ask the question why this is getting involved. Spiritually speaking you look at things in more of a holistic viewpoint. So, if you’re looking at gratefulness such as—well, I met this person or that particular thing happened, or a little check entered my life—it’s fine. But there’s another way to look at gratefulness, which is a larger picture, such as, “I’m grateful for this incarnation. I’m grateful for my guidance for being there for all the things that I don’t see. I’m grateful for another day, another opportunity to have another human experience.”

We’re saying, instead of looking at the little things, look at the bigger picture to say, “Every single thing in my life, whether I believe it or not, I have choice.”

HANS:
For instance, let’s say that this year you’re going to have to be by yourself, and you hear your mind saying, “All I’m going to have is a TV dinner and the TV.” Do you know that you can take that TV dinner and go visit anywhere in the world on your television set? You can go and look at festivities, go and look at oceans, the Caribbean, you can look at great operas, ballets, all of that. You have a choice that moment to say, “What a perfect Thanksgiving because I’m with me. I’m thankful for me. I’m thankful for who I am, and next year that turkey dinner will be a buffet, huge.” Being grateful, as Alfred was saying, in the moment people. Just being grateful in the moment.

I’m grateful every day I wake up and my feet touch the ground. I’m grateful. Yes, I have arthritis, I have colitis, and I have diabetes, and I have aches and pains. However, they never get the better of me. Because I remember where I came from and where I am today, and I am grateful for all of those lessons. I’ve been teaching Alfred this for a long time. Sometimes he gets it and sometimes he doesn’t. Being grateful for every lesson that you came across enriches your soul.

Truly it does.

ALFRED:
Can you be grateful for the difficult times in your life? There was a huge monumental shift in my life is when I became grateful for the ‘interesting’ childhood that I had.

HANS:
The ‘challenging’ childhood…

ALFRED:
The challenging childhood that I had…

HANS:
See that? You just shifted the energy.

ALFRED:
Because every old soul, if you’ve had a challenging childhood, chances are you’re an old soul. So if you’ve had a challenging childhood, regardless if you understand it, regardless of whether you’ve dealt with it, regardless if you’ve been able to let it go yet, try being grateful for that huge part of your life because it made you who you are.

HANS:
And that’s important, what Alfred’s bringing up here. These challenges, those times you fall flat on your face, all of that are the paving stones to support you. But remember the road is always uphill, not as a challenge but as a reward. You see? The challenge is always uphill. Each time you overcome your obstacles, each time you overcome your challenges, you’re a little bit above where you used to be.

ALFRED:
And that’s something to be grateful about. Now, how about our next topic? How to be grateful.

HANS:
That’s a toughie. It sounds nice. Stop listening to the mind chatter that says you’re a victim. You’re not a victim, people. You’re living a life you chose. So did I, so did Mr. Alfred, although he debates me on this subject—but we did. We chose the life we wanted to experience for the value of the lesson our soul needs to learn. So there is a contract between you and Spirit to what you wanted to learn and how They would present the lessons to you.

ALFRED:
In other words, by far the majority of challenging things in your life were by design. Not all of them. Sometimes you just bump into a mean person.

HANS:
Sometimes mean things happen to good people.

ALFRED:
By far the majority of challenging things in your life you asked for.

HANS:
I just heard someone say, “I’m one of those people that bad things happen to.” At that moment, you have a choice to say, “You know what? I didn’t deserve that. I know that happened, but I’m going to take it and rather than be a victim of it, I’m going to use it as a growth tool. I’m going to put myself forward of that. I’m not going to let that bother me anymore.”

And folks, for some of you—I’ve been getting emails asking, “Hansie, should I go home for Thanksgiving?” Don’t ask me. Ask your heart. Do you really want to go home for Thanksgiving? Or do you want to not be part of the dysfunction? And then you come back to me and say, “Well Hansie if I don’t go, then they’ll all talk about me.” Who cares?  Remember that one, Alfred?

ALFRED:
There’s a tough one. Treat your family like any other soul out there, which is truth. Everybody is exactly equal in God’s eyes. Everybody has a soul, everybody has to be incarnated, everybody asked to have lessons, everybody’s going through their own stuff. Treat every soul the same way. Treat every soul with compassion, and dealing with your family will be a little easier.

HANS:
And remember something. All those people are wondering what you’re saying behind their back. If you let your family know that you’re coming, because you really want to come, but you’re not available for gossip, or in-fighting, where somebody sits at the table, and you get flack—stay home!

Stay home. Go to a movie. Be grateful for you. You’re the greatest gift you’ve got! Be proud of who you are. Find a friend who may not be doing anything for Thanksgiving and go to the movie together, go have coffee, do something.

We’ve got ourselves organized into “we have to do this” this mentality. No, you don’t.

ALFRED:
But if you do decide to go home for Thanksgiving, practice your energy protection exercises, don’t let your vibration drop, don’t let what other people say interfere with your energy and your peace—your flow. Make sure what’s most important is how you feel, not how they feel out there. Do not get involved with the drama. If anybody is having a bad day, say “Bless you.” What’s most important is you keeping your vibration up—not fixing your family.

HANS:
And not letting your family try to fix you.

ALFRED:
That’s not your problem.

HANS:
But what you can do if you don’t want to go is send a beautiful card, call on the occasion, or the day before. Let them know that you’re part of them, but you don’t feel you can make it this year. Don’t feel obligated to have to go to Thanksgiving dinner. That’s something that’s human-ness, not who you are. If you want to go—go. If you don’t want to go—don’t go.

For some of you, you’ve been saving all year, your nickels and pennies in order to buy a plane ticket. Only to find out the airlines have raised the plane tickets and they’re going to raise them some more. So what you want to do is find something around you—if you have a kitty, if you have a dog, a goldfish, a parrot, if you have a best friend, plan on spending some time with them, and enjoy yourself.

No matter what the weather is, what the temperature is—keep it warm in your own heart.

It’s an interesting time of year for a lot of people. I think the holiday times, Alfred, tend to call up for many people, sadness. It calls up dysfunction, what didn’t work and all that. What we’re trying to say is—it’s okay. That was then. This is now.

Wouldn’t you rather kiss your puppy on the forehead, than have to explain why you’re not the manager in your new business that you just started a year ago? Wouldn’t you rather just kiss your puppy?

And that will conclude the lesson for today, folks.

December 28, 2014

Hans:
Hello everyone. Today's topic is "Holiday Peacefulness." One of the things that I recommend that people do is remember the excess mind chatter on this particular subject. And so before you go into an event where the people are present, you need to be very still. Sit down, be very still. And say: I choose this day not to listen to my mind chatter. I choose this day to no longer be wounded, to be hurt by past memories with this family. I choose to take today and turn my life around by accepting them just as they are. Not reacting to anything that is said, just blessing them. You don't have to say that out loud. But you don't have to respond to anything that's said either. You can always say: I choose to be peaceful. It will make them crazy. But it's very contagious actually, Alfred.

Alfred:
Okay. So Hans can you tell people how to let go of the need to fix family members? We really love our family, we want them to be as happy as we are, but what are the ways we could just let the family members be?

Hans:
What if you found out guys, all of you, what if you found out that there wasn't anything wrong? What if you found out it was your perception that was making the other person wrong? The other person doesn't think they're wrong. You do. So what if you just loved them and accept them? You may not agree with their behavior, my friends. But having no judgment is offering love, basically. So if you just love your family, with no judgment, don't try to fix anyone. Be that light you want to see in the world. Be that change you want to see in your family. And you'll be amazed when people say: You don't seem to be angry anymore. Say: No, I'm not. And they will say: Well how did you do that? I found love in my heart for everyone. And that's hard to do, my friends, because we have so many memories of who did what to who and when and who can sit next to who and who shouldn't be invited... All that stuff is humanness. All that stuff, all the anger is all humanness. That's the absence of God in your thinking. That's the absence of Spirit in your actions. Because the truth of the matter is none of them are wrong. It's your perception of what went on that caused you to have a judgment. But what you can't do is sit inside of them and listen to what they say about you and that they think you have a judgment. So by simply putting love in the place of judgment, and acceptance in the place of anger, all of the pain begins to dissipate.

I had a dear lady client that I had known for over 25 years and she hadn't been home to see her family in 20. And she had all of these reasons about what her brother and sister did to her, what her father and mother did to her, and she had magnified this so out of true proportions that she never went back to the family and every year she didn't go back she reminded herself of why she wasn't going and she built it and she built it and she built it. And Spirit said to her: This year you're going back. We request that you go back with no judgment and only love in your heart. She said: They'll tear me to shreds. And Guidance said to her: No, only you can do that. They will not tear you to shreds. She went and she called me before she got on the plane in San Francisco, she was going to New Jersey, she called me, she said: I'll never make this. And I said: Go. She went. And she said before she went into the room she did the exercise that we gave her and she said when she went in people ran up to her and hugged her. Her mother cried, her father cried, brother and sister cried, they loved on her. We have missed you so. Where have you been? What did we do that ever made you so upset? She said: I never would have believed it. Even when Hans, you told me, I couldn't bring myself to believe it. I had caused all of the pain in my own heart. Folks, when you go to be with friends and people that you think there's a problem with, put love in your heart, put Spirit in your actions, you'll be amazed at what happens.

Alfred:
And this is what we want to get to is all of these inner peace practices. Start them during the holidays - non-judgment, letting go of the past, being an example of your beliefs, going within. All of these things we've been talking about, start them during the holidays but apply them to everybody. And that's really difficult. But if you can do them with your family...

Hans:
You can do it with anybody.

Alfred:
...you can do it with anybody. That's the point. Don't just do non-judgment, letting go of your past during the holidays. Let's talk about doing this...

Hans:
Let this be the platform for the rest of your life.

Alfred:
Exactly, for the rest of the year...

Hans:
Or for the rest of your life.

Alfred:
This is the way to give yourself the greatest gift possible – inner joy, happiness and peace, all year round. What do you think about that Hans?

Hans:
I think it's perfect because it's true. And what I'm trying to teach you tonight is our perceptions become oftentimes our worst enemies. Our perceptions become anger, fear, doubt, judgment. Our perceptions are nothing more than a filter that we have put in front of us so that we don't get hurt and we view through that. I remember, if all of you remember, the movie "Auntie Mame," for instance, with Rosalind Russell. What a fun, wonderful Christmas movie. In fact I'm going to watch it tomorrow as I do every holiday. But they decided to make it into a movie and for reasons unknown to anyone, they decided not to use Rosalind Russell but they decided to use Lucy. Now an incredible actress of her own and there's no doubt whatsoever. But she insisted, absolutely insisted, that they shoot her through gauze. And it was fuzzy and cloudy and my dear friend Hal King was the make-up artist for her for over 25 years. And he said they made it almost impossible to almost see her. That's what her perception said she wasn't good enough the way she was. She wasn't perfect. So she needed to shoot that through the gauze.

What I'm saying to you is you do not need any filter between you and love. You already are love. You are already the best you will ever be for God. For those of you who are alone this year, and there are millions of you, this is an opportunity to remind yourself that in fact you are not alone. In fact, your God doesn't love anyone more than you as you hear me say each week. Find something to do that makes you smile. Back in the day Alfred used to say: Go find a flower and just look at it. There's such beauty in the flower. It doesn't have to demonstrate who it is, it radiates who it is. And if you're alone, it's a terrible word, I don't like that word, but if you're not with someone or a group, a family, that's the opportunity of a lifetime that a lot of spiritual people miss. The value of being by yourself during major events in your life so that you can look in that mirror. You know I used to give workshops about 25 years ago, and I would hand everybody who came to the workshop a mirror. And one of the exercises was I want you to look in this mirror and then tell me who you see. Do you know that most people, my dear friends, could not do it. And that was our opening round, that really scared them. Most people could not tell me who they saw in that mirror until one little old lady in one class said it all. Every bit of 80, and she had followed me for many, many years, and she looked in the mirror, she held it up to her face on the side, and she says: Hans, I see love. And I said: Margaret, that's the answer. I see love. Folks, when you go to that mirror before you go anywhere, or present yourself for an interview for a job, before you go home to the family that's all screaming and hollering at each other, go look in the mirror and present yourself Love. That is who you are. It doesn't matter what anybody else sees or anybody else thinks. So, in the moment, when you have it, Alfred likes to refer to it as a dysfunctional organization - your family, find the joy and the humor in who they are and the love in who you are by loving them anyway. Okay?

Alfred:
And Lord knows if you can learn to be just pure love around your family, which the majority of old souls have "interesting" families, if you can do that, then you can be love with anyone.

Hans:
Something in that wonderful thing that was written by Anonymous - somewhere in there he or she writes "If you can keep your head when everything and everyone else around you is losing theirs... " And I thought, yeah. If you can do that, you just found your peace. And folks, when you find your love, you find your peace.

Alfred:
So the holidays are just a wonderful opportunity to...

Hans:
All around, yes.

Alfred:
... practice love, practice patience, unconditional love, non-judgment – the basics. To practice them with your family...

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
... and then continue to practice them for the rest of the year. That's what we're telling you is the way inner peace and happiness.

Hans:

Alfred, you brought something up a little bit ago that I think is really important for everybody to hear and then I came in and sort of expounded on it a little. Folks, what we're teaching you today should not be a once a year occurrence. It should be "always." Starting with I am this and I will be this and this is how I'm going to operate out for the rest of this year and the rest of my life. So use the catalyst of the holidays perhaps to broaden your understanding a little here and then carry that throughout the year and throughout your life. I want to take this opportunity to say to everyone, look forward to this New Year. Be ever so grateful of the one you just had. For many of you many prayers that you had prayed for, did come true. For many of you, some of your worst fears came true. However, remember now that it's done. That was then, this is now. And make a promise to yourself to discover more of who you are. Learn to spend a little more time with yourself. Learn to be less judgmental, especially towards people who don't live up to decent expectations that you have, like friendship and warmth and love. Have no judgment of them because you don't know who they actually are. Even though they could be your sister, your brother, your mother, your father, you don't know inside of them who they really are. Bless them. Ask Spirit to bring them everything they need to discover who they are and to make their life of value. Okay, Alfred I think that will conclude the topic for today.

Topic: Family and Friends During the Holidays – Handling Differences
December 22, 2014

Hans:
So our topic for today "Family and Friends During the Holidays." How do we handle those differences? First of all, you don't point out how wrong they are. Remember, they're entitled to be where they are, and they're entitled to have their opinions. And it's not our job, it's not your job, folks, to try to change them. Mahatma Gandhi once said: Be the change you want to see in the world. So that's what's important. Do not debate your truth. Do not try to convince anybody of your truth. If someone were to say to you: How did you get where you are? How did you become so peaceful? That's another matter. Explain it as best you can without coming from a place that says I am correct and you are wrong. Explain who you are and how you arrived at your peace, and it's from that place that they have an opportunity to grow. Not by lecturing them. Now, if somebody is ragging on you and saying:  You know what are you talking about? You don't know what you're talking about. You know here's the right way and all that... Remember what I've taught you all these years. Well, what do we say: Not my problem. That's they key. And trying to say: Not my problem, without having some guilt attached to it. Right, Alfred?

Alfred:
Yes, because they are family and that's the real issue is how can we spiritual speakers talk to them? Be there for family members, listen to our brothers and sisters, our parent's point of view, and still love them knowing they are on a different path than what we're at. And one of the most basic, fundamental, life-changing lessons is "have no opinion"...

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
...have no judgment.

Hans:
In other words, Alfred, I think what we're both trying to say is: Don't make them wrong. Let them have their own belief system. Do not argue your point. Say: Well, I love you and bless you where you are. This will drive them crazy for one thing. But it's very important that you're only there folks to help someone who asks to be helped. That's all. But you're going to have people out there in your family and in your daily life, your friends for instance, who basically are angry, who basically don't understand your point of view, or may be a little jealous of your position, or just who don't get you or just can't see you... and that could be a mother and a father or a brother.. could be a best friend sometimes. But remember something, they're entitled to their opinion and it is not our job to change anyone. Let your light shine that others might see you and where you are and there will be people who would like to be part of that light. But getting confrontational, arguing with people, trying to help, wanting them to see your point of view – that is not your problem. That is their problem. Okay? Alfred, you can remember back when during the holidays, there were family gatherings. Remember some of the dysfunction during those times?

Alfred:
Oh, I'm sure there's so many people out there who remember, or still are going through, who can show up, who's not allowed to show up, and for those people who are showing up, who can sit next to who, who can sit across from who, who has to be separated from who, and actually having a serious discussion about that.

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
Yes.

Hans:
You know Alfred, when you first told me that, I have to tell you, I've never had that experience. I was absolutely shocked that your family couldn't let so-and-so sit across from so-and-so and they couldn't invite so-and-so or so-and-so wouldn't come. I was absolutely amazed. And I still am to this day that that is how people would treat this holiday.

Alfred:
But I think a lot of our listeners want to hear about how do you relate to relatives and friends that say and act in ways that are simply not truth - spiritual truth? How do you get along. Especially during the Holidays?

Hans:
Then basically you don't discuss it. If they wish to push you and they want to be confrontational, your job is to say: I love you and I respect your opinion. That's it. Do not engage them in the conversation, because they are looking to pick a fight. They want their point of view to triumph. And the only way it can is if you agree to it. And if there's no place in you to agree to it, they will give up. Alfred, you have a wonderful statement that you say to people sometimes: I love you anyway.

Alfred:
Yes...

Hans:
There's a lot of power in that statement.

Alfred:
...and that's the thing to do is to just be love, Is just to be caring, is just to be helpful, is just to be there and be helpful, be caring, be loving, be as Hans was saying, inside yourself, be that example. But just not discuss this stuff. You show the example and be the example of what you believe. As much as possible, love everyone, care about everyone, try not to have an opinion. Just smile, just be peaceful regardless of what's going on, who's arguing about what, who's talking about who, your job is to stay peaceful.

Hans:
You just brought up one very important thing, Alfred. People will try to engage you about other people. You, yourself know this in your own family. And they will try to engage you - do you hear what so-and-so did? Can you believe that so-and-so did this or said this about some... Do not engage in gossip about others, children. Because what they will say about others, they will say about you. Back away from it and always say to Spirit: Please bless them. Help them to find their way. Help them to find their light that is best for them. That's what I do folks. And folks I have wonderful clients out there, and you know who you are, who have terrible relationships with a family member. Sometimes that family member has the appearance they're trying to hurt you, trying to take something away from you. Many times because a parent or parents have died, there's an estate and oh my God, nothing tears a family up more than an estate and the rivalry that goes on. Even though you may be the most loving, caring, kind person, there may be somebody in your family who feels it's necessary to attack you and hurt you. That usually comes from a very sad and jealous place inside of themselves. But meanwhile, the appearance is they have the power to really hurt you emotionally. Always remember, no matter how hard it may be in that moment to say to Spirit: Bless that person, help them please, show them where they need to be, and let  the light shine on the subject we are engaged with, that we are involved with. Add the power of the light to it. Sometimes you don't see results right away. But over time, Spirit will bring the light, for sure. Remember light always follows darkness...always, okay? So use this as a time to rejoice the power within you and let the light of the God-force, the light of Spirit to shine upon you. So this is an important time to learn to be peaceful in the appearance of craziness, in the appearance of dysfunction. You know this, right Alfred?

Alfred:
Yes, is not to believe what is going around, not to believe what other people say, not to fall into the trap of getting sucked into "drama." What someone supposedly did, what someone supposedly said, your job as a spiritual soul, is to be "peaceful," is not to have anything that's going on around you knock you off your center. Again one of the most basic teachings we've been going over, especially on this show, is what someone else says or does is not your problem.

Hans:
Is not your problem ever...

Alfred:
...it's if what someone else says or does, does knock you off your center, that is your problem.

Hans:
Absolutely Alfred, that's correct. What someone thinks about you is none of your business, but what you think of what they think of you should be very much your concern.

Alfred:
Or anyone... or your cousin, or your parents, or your uncles, or your aunts or your friends...

Hans:
Yes, it doesn't matter who it is. Exactly...

Alfred:
...whatever anybody says or does...

Hans:
...has nothing to do with you.

Alfred:
...about anybody else. It doesn't even have to do with you, it could be your brother's in a fight with an uncle, it's your mother says something about your cousin...

Hans:
Exactly. You know Alfred, a while back I was talking to a dear lady and she said to me: You know Hans, my mother said this and that about me and only the other day she said: Well, I was right, you're never going to amount to anything. And she said: This has wounded me so badly. And I said: Why? She said: Because of what she said. I said: But what she said has nothing to do with you. She said: Well, certainly, it was directed at me. I said: No, it wasn't. This was not a statement of who you are, angel. This is a statement of where she's at. No, they're two different things. Separate yourself from somebody's else's rage, separate yourself from somebody else's anger or opinion. It has nothing children, listen again, this has nothing to do with who you are. And there are times when it appears that God doesn't see us, God doesn't hear us, the Spirit has abandoned us when these people run amok and start hurting us. But therein is the lesson that you chose to learn. That lesson was to learn to rise above the appearance of the difficulty of the sadness. To be better than to be identified with that sort of behavior. Because again, as Alfred and I are pointing out to you, it has utterly nothing to do with you.

Alfred:
And notice what we're talking about here. Is we're talking about very basic spiritual principles. What we're saying is: Treat your family, treat your friends like the way you treat anybody else.

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
The issue that we've seen year after year after year is people think well, they're family, these spiritual principles don't apply to them. Of course they're going to love me. Of course they're going to care. I don't understand why they're being mean. And that's where you get yourself in trouble...

Hans:
That's exactly true. You get yourself in trouble.

Alfred:
...is you apply these basic principles to your family and friends just like you do to  anybody else.

Hans:
You want to talk at this normal level. You want to be involved with them at the new level you've found. But they can't hear you, folks. They can't see who you are. So don't try. If somebody comes out from the shadows and said: I don't exactly know what you're talking about, but it feels good in my heart. Would you mind explaining a little to me? Absolutely, go for it. You can help anybody who asked to be helped. But if somebody has a judgment and then says: Help me. Don't bother with them. Don't bother with them folks, move on. Let your light shine. Let your light show you the way. Because there is no relationship on earth that is more precious to you than you to you. That's the gift that God gave you. Because inside of each and every one of you lies the power of the God-force, lies the power of the Spirit – you are connected at that level – always. And the only thing that can bring you down is your own consciousness. That's all.

Alfred:
And one point I'd like to tell everyone... Well, what is that confusion, what is the feeling when you get confused to say: Well, they're my family. Of course they're supposed to love me. Of course they're supposed to support me. Of course they're supposed to be generous and loving and kind. And what happens to you in that internal conflict when they're not? What is going on here when you say: I don't understand this. They're supposed to be family and they're not. And so many of us get torn apart because something inside says: Well, they're supposed to be supportive and loving. How come they're tearing each other apart and being mean?

Let me explain this in a very simple way. For those of you who are spiritual, you will find that inner deep “knowing” that your family and friends should be loving and caring and supportive and generous and always there. Okay? If they, themselves, are not spiritual, then it doesn't apply. However, what it does apply to is your family and friends in Spirit. They love you unconditionally. They are always there for you. They are there to support you and to guide you. And that is one of the hugest benefits of doing Automatic Writing is you form a relationship with those family and friends that you thought should always be there. And that's part of Intuitive Development is to get you a stronger relationship with those family and friends who are in Spirit and who understand: Yes, that's the way you're supposed to behave. You're always supposed to love everyone. You're always supposed to care. You're always supposed to be supportive. And that is what comes through when you form a relationship with your family and friends on the other side. Why? Because they're in Spirit. So if you have that instinct, and you're being torn apart, you have to realize the simple fact - those family members who are not spiritual, are not going to act that way.

Hans:
Alfred, do you remember any number of years ago when you finally heard the message that you are now giving others, for yourself and your family? Do you remember how things began to change?

Alfred:
Yes.

Hans:
When you stopped being hurt by actions from your family?

Alfred:
Yes, and there's so many things that seem like basic spiritual teachings in this lesson, but if you go through and actually apply them, your life will change and these basic spiritual lessons of: Not my problem. Just be peaceful. Have no judgment of them. Just be loving. Be peaceful. This will change your life. I carried hell with me for 24 years about my family - how they abused me, how they abandoned me, how my life was ruined because of them. And then one day I woke up and said: Oh, that's not true. And all of a sudden, all that hate, that anger, that disappointment - dissolves.

Hans:
Absolutely.

Alfred:
Because it's not the truth. The truth is, it's not your problem, it's their problem.

Hans:
That is right. And kids, when you get that, and Alfred's about as thick-headed as you can get, sorry Alfred...

Alfred:
It's the truth.

Hans:
It's the truth. (Hans laughing) He's about as thick-headed as you can get and for him to get that... I watched his demeanor, I watched everything about him soften. And I watched the anger begin to dissolve. And I watched him have a resolve to not be hurt by this anymore. And folks, for all of you, there's going to be times when a mother or a father, a sister or a brother says and/or does things to you and deliberately intends to hurt you... It could even be a legal action, and deliberately intends to hurt you, defend yourself legally, but don't take it personally. That's the key. Don't let the statement of somebody else disturb your ease, disturb your peace, okay? Alrighty, I think that will conclude the lesson for today.

“Everyone Can Hear God” by Hans Christian King - Spiritual Radio Show transcription

Topic: Everyone Can Hear God
December 21, 2013

Alfred:
Hello everyone and welcome to Guidance For Your Life. Yes, this is Alfred, once again the Padawan to The Modern Day Mystic himself, Hans Christian King. Tonight's topic is "Everyone Can Hear God". And we're going to take just a couple minutes again to let you know how this relates to the previous topics we've been talking about. I have Hans Christian King right next to me.

Hans:
Hello everyone, nice to have you back again.

Alfred:
And EVERYONE can hear God. This is the foundation of our teachings. And this is really what we've been leading up to over the past several weeks. Again, we started previously with "Letting Go of Pain and Suffering", letting go of things that keep you in your humanness and block you from the Godforce that is around you always. And then we went into a couple of weeks of "Recovering Your Joy and Happiness" in order to help you connect with the Godforce. Connect with your higher self. Connect with that higher vibration, commonly known as Universal Energy, Spirit, God or The Force as they called it in Star Wars, didn't they Hans?

Hans:
That is what they did. Great teachings in that movie, Alfred.

Alfred:
Those are the teachings of Joseph Campbell. So know hearing God and feeling The Force is not reserved for Jedi’s or even Padawan's, which is a Jedi learner if you want know what a Padawan is by the way... Everyone can hear God. And to help us understand some of the core teachings from Hans Christian King, I present him to you.

Hans:
Good evening everyone. Welcome on-board with a wonderful show this evening,  talking about something very near and dear to my heart. Somebody once asked me, what I'd like to be remembered for, and I said: "That I taught them that they weren't alone". I think this is one of the most important teachings ever in my 50 some years of teaching is to help people understand they are surrounded in love. They have angels that watch over them. Even the Bible says: "And God will send his angels to take charge over you". And just knowing that, no matter what the appearance, no matter what's going on...Oh my goodness, I'm still not alone, I'm still connected to that Godforce. Every once in a while if you just grab a pillow or something and just hold it to your chest and say: My God is here. My God loves me. And just feel the love that emanates through your heart chakra from the Godforce. Because they are always watching over you, all the time. Now somebody says: Well, do they watch over everything? No, there are some things they don't bother themselves with because that's too human. But they watch the essence of your soul always. They watch over the essence of consciousness, spiritual consciousness, in you always. So again, we are never ever alone. And sometimes what happens is that we try to reinforce that by saying: I know I'm not alone. And then the mind chatter begins: Well of course you're alone, you don't have anybody holding your hand. Of course you're alone, you're eating by yourself...and it goes through all of that stuff...and if God was watching over me, and the angels were watching over me, then why am I having this trouble at work or why can't I find a job...All of that mind chatter interferes with pure truth. And the pure truth is: You are not alone. That's the key. Alfred, when did you start discovering this?

Alfred:
I love having a simple answer for whenever Hans gives me a question. Automatic Writing. When I learned to channel the other side. And believe it or not, anyone can learn to "hear God" and write down messages from the other side.

Hans:
Yes.

Alfred:
That's what really started it for me was sitting in a room by myself with a blank piece of paper and a pencil and saying: Hi, I'm here. And stuff just came through. Now we pass that along to everybody in our teachings. We do have an Automatic Writing Class coming up. We have that and Spirituality and Your Career coming up in April and May. Which you can find out more from the front page of hansking.com. But everyone can hear God. It's not just, again, reserved for the elite few. And we're going to be going through what are the specific ways, pretty soon that we can all hear God...but back over to Hans.

Hans:
It's important I think for everyone to understand that they are born clairsentient. In other words they have an ability to actually receive information from the other side, from the world of Spirit, without necessarily seeing it or hearing it. They have what we call: A quiet knowing. Now everyone can perceive spiritual vibration and energy as well. I think that sometimes Alfred, people want to believe or they do believe, but they're not certain if it applies to them. When did you find out you were clairsentient. Was it through the Automatic Writing Class do you think?

Alfred:
Yes, yes. It was absolutely through Automatic Writing.

Hans:
I'd like everyone to know one thing. We don't rehearse this show before we go on.

Alfred:
Rehearse?

Hans:
(laughing) Alfred says: Here's what people want to know; they sent in this email.  And that's where we go from. We never rehearse it, or talk about what we're going to talk about. We just go into the shows so sometimes I throw Alfred in front of the headlights. I don't really mean to do that but it is fun watching you squirm around over there.

Alfred:
You know, I have a wonderful example to pick on.

Hans:
Yes, you are indeed a wonderful example...

Alfred:
Actually it is a good point. Why I love doing the show so much is because you're looking at, yes someday we'll get back to video, the two of us who come from completely, absolutely opposite ends of the spectrum. Hans was born a full fledged medium...

Hans:
Which he still hasn't gotten over folks.

Alfred:
...and then there's those of us who never went to church, never prayed, never did a single thing. Had this entire life and then one day, Poof! We wake up and start the process of self-actualization. So I represent those people who are, shall we say, just starting to learn this stuff. And so it's a wonderful feeling to pass along my experiences of starting from the absolute beginning and saying: This stuff really does work.

Hans:
One of the core elements of The Intuitive Development Class that we teach, is people finding out how their clairsentient abilities work for them. And when that happens, when you get that vibrational "click" I'm going to call it, it's like perception. You've heard me say it's like looking at a cloud and somebody says:  Oh look, I can see Micky Mouse in the clouds! And you look and you look and you look and by golly you can't find Micky Mouse until somebody takes your finger and begins to draw the ears. And all of a sudden - Boom! Now I see it! The same thing that happened to Alfred happens to all of the people who take The Intuitive Development Class. So the foundation, the basis for all clairvoyance is clairsentient. Mothers have this innate feeling if their children are in trouble. Men have what they call a “gut feeling”. Women have what they call "mother's intuition". So we all have an ability to "hear" from the Spirit when something needs to be done. We get an uneasy feeling. I can't tell you how many people  have said to me: I just knew something was coming. I would squirm, I would...I knew that something was up. I couldn't quite figure out what it was until I got the phone call.

Alfred:
And what we do is we help you tap into that. We help you tap into when to pay attention, when something is your mind chatter, or when something is actually the other side giving you information you should pay attention to.

Hans:
Absolutely. You know Alfred, all people really do have the ability to develop spiritually.

Alfred:
And that's what's so important - All People. Everyone has the ability to get in contact with their angels because by divine right, everyone has at least one angel. And if you look in the dictionary, you will find, in any dictionary, angels are the messengers of God.

Hans:
Absolutely.

Alfred:
Okay? And if everyone has an angel and angels are messengers, then pretty much it makes sense that everyone should be able to "hear" their angels, "hear" messages from God. And that's what we're hear trying to explain to you tonight what are the different ways you can "hear".

Hans:
And some people Alfred...I know I've had quite a few clients who say: You know, I totally believe, I totally know that it happens, but I'm just not certain it can happen for me. And I want to say to those people, right then and there, in that statement you've made a prediction of your ability to receive information from Spirit. Because you're lending a negative thought to a positive possibility. Just say: Yes I can. Yes I am. Yes it works. And yes, it applies to me. When you do that, what you've done is actually opened the floodgate of truth. You're saying to Spirit: I believe. I don't necessarily know how it applies to me but I believe it is part of my direction. And it is at that moment that they begin to open the necessary doors. I remember that Alfred used to think that I was smoking something, I think he once said. Was that what you said?

Alfred:
Yes. I wanted to know what he was on when he told me: Yes, you're going to develop spiritually and you're going to be teaching this stuff with me and I said: Really? Hmm, isn't that interesting Hans?

Hans:
(chuckling)

Alfred:
I'm a banker. Yes...that was 8 years ago. Was that 8 years ago?

Hans:
8 years ago next month.

Alfred:
Aah... Oh the joy in those 8 years.

Hans:
Pure joy.

Alfred:
(gently laughing)

Hans:
I never said to you Alfred that it would be easy.

Alfred:
Yes. It's not called a Personal Journey for any reason. They don't call it inner work for any particular reason besides, yes, it is work. It is work to go inside. It is work to look at your demons. It is work to let go of pain and suffering. Hopefully, it's a little easier to let joy, and bliss and peace into your life. But through that work, you become much more in tune with spiritual vibration. That tune, that vibration that everyone, all people, have access to which is clairvoyancy...

Hans:
No...

Alfred:
...clairsentient. I got it wrong. My bad.

Hans:
You see he's still a work in training folks.

Alfred:
Yes...Hold on...Yes, clairsentient. Everyone is clairsentient. Everyone has the ability to perceive, receive, interpret, get information via vibration and energy. Spiritual vibration and energy.

Hans:
Exactly. And you know Alfred, some people call it clairsentience. I call it clairsentient but it doesn't make any difference. The same different words apply to the same truth.

Alfred:
And again, we're talking about what we've talked about before. Some people call it "mother's intuition". Men call it a "gut feeling". It is that intuition, that feeling is what we're talking about.

Hans:
A lot of women call it "women’s intuition" too so... But it's all the same thing. You know Alfred, there are a lot of people that are also clairvoyant who don't really know they're clairvoyant. And these individuals really have an ability to hear sometimes, which is mostly reserved for clairaudient and I'll go and talk about that. But many people are clairvoyant and think there's something the matter with them. Now, as a youngster I saw things and heard people and I was taken to all kinds of very strange and unusual situations as a very young child. And this was a situation where they explained to me that I had what they called an "extra sight". In other words, I could see things and know things that were about to happen, or had happened, or going to happen. All of this was all rolled into one thing for me. I was taught that there were images, words, and symbols. So what they did was help me to develop a language that later on came to help all these thousands of people. Now Alfred, clairvoyance means "seeing without your eyes but with your soul".

Alfred:
That's correct. And all of the things that we're talking about here...whether you have a gut feeling, intuition, whether you're seeing things, all of these things don't come from your brain. And that's why people really dismiss them because so many of us train our brain to say: All information must come from our brain. Well we say: No...

Hans:
No, it's not true.

Alfred:
...information can come from Spirit, can come from God, can come from angels, the guidance that watches over you. And this is an introduction to say what are the different ways that you can receive information. Of course there's a 9 hour class... This is just an introduction to what's called Intuitive Development. How can you develop your intuition, develop your connection to the other side. So we do our best to give you as much information as we can on these radio shows but for 1/2 hour a week, hey we're glad we can actually do it. So again, for clairsentient, that is the ability to perceive spiritual vibration and energy. Clairvoyance is the ability to receive images, words and symbols. And not everybody has all of these. There are many other ways. Everybody receives information differently don't they Hans?

Hans:
Yes. And folks I do want to clear up one thing. What I sort of said was that clairvoyance doesn't necessarily mean seeing with your eyes but with your soul. Many people...many people are able to see people in spirit, they're able to see their little pet dog that passed away. They're able to see what we call ectoplasm or mist. But the internal seeing is the normal one. Where you just have a quiet seeing that goes on inside of you. And that can be developed to a very large extent by taking our Intuitive Development Classes. Now Alfred, when are we going to do a live "Intuitive Development Class"? We haven't sorted that out yet.

Alfred:
That's a really good question Hans.

Hans:
Yes. I'm really good at throwing these things at you.

Alfred:
All we have planned right now is "Automatic Writing" and "Spirituality and Your Career". And as soon as we have that Intuitive Development Class, which we used to hold on Vernon Ave and Mystic Journeys when Mystic Journeys was around and we had the school for Intuitive Development right next door. But unfortunately Mystic Journeys didn't make it. But we're now back in Asheville, so if you're looking for classes or if interested in a particular class just go to hansking.com and shoot us an email or just poke around hansking.com to see what's there. Now of course we have a huge library of classes including Intuitive Development on our store. So if you just want to dive in immediately, you can listen to a huge variety of topics and classes.

Hans:
I believe we have both an audio and a visual class is that right?

Alfred:
Correct. We did a class in audio only and then we did a class that was in video. So if you want to take us in your car, in your iPod, you can do that. Play us on the CD or MP3 player. Or if you want to watch us on the computer you can do that also. You have a lot of options.

Hans:
By the way are we on iTunes?

Alfred:
Yes. We have a Podcast. And for some reason if you're not able to listen to us live at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, either through 880AM or through iHeart Radio, then you can listen to our Podcast. And we have 2 different ways that you can Podcast. You don't need iTunes. You can go to our Podcast page on the internet or you can go to our Podcast page in iTunes. Both of these are available on the Radio Show page on hansking.com that says "No iTunes Required" or "With iTunes". You can just pick whichever one you want and a lot of times, actually for everyone who's international who can't get iHeart Radio, then that is the way you would be listening to us. So if you've got people that you want to share this show with who happen to be international, please share with them the iTunes links. Whether it's the URL to the Webcast page or the link to the iTunes or just simply send them to the Radio Show page on hansking.com.

Hans:
Alrighty now. There is another way of being with Spirit which is called clairaudience. And clairaudience is the ability to hear sounds, words and voices from the other side, from the Spirit. Now some people find this very frightening. I'm hearing voices...And I used to say back in the day, psychiatrists and therapists used to send people to me because they were hearing voices and they had always before sort of diagnosed medication for this and noticed that it really didn't help. So as I became more well known in the community that I lived in, different therapists and psychotherapists and psychiatrists would actually come for a sitting with me, as we used to call them. And in that process they would be shown how it works and they would say: Well, this is amazing, and I've got somebody who could use this service that you could help. So gradually I started getting a lot of clairaudient people. And I'm very happy to say that my guidance was able to help them and help them to understand they were not crazy. They were actually getting things and that they were actually okay. That there was nothing actually "wrong" with them. Alfred, what was the key for you that made Automatic Writing okay?

Alfred:
When you receive guidance, when you receive true guidance from the other side, the amount of love, the absolutely clarity that comes through just strikes you in the middle of your chest as being truth, as being Wow! This is what I've been looking for for so many years. And it just connects with you. Like when you're looking for something you say: I don't know what I'm looking for but when I find it, I'll know it. And that is what true guidance feels like. You just know it to be correct. Now there's one thing that Hans and I have noticed throughout the years is out of the three main ways we've talked about - whether you just perceive vibration and energy, whether you see things, or whether you actually hear, it's not really more important which ones of these, whether it's all of them, just one of them, or a couple of them that you have. Everyone has a different ability, different ways, different ways of connecting, different ways of receiving information. Hans wasn't there a person down in Florida that you were telling me about that wasn't anything more than clairsentient?

Hans:
Yes. And got phenomenal information. And I'm going to tell everyone, listen. Some of the greatest mediums and seers in the world, ever in the history of mankind, have only been clairsentient. Only clairsentient. And it's from that place that Spirit developed the language for them that allowed them to say these words: And I'm hearing, and I'm feeling that, you see. That's how it began for so many people and all of you have clairsentient abilities. Some of you have a little clairvoyant possibilities that are overshadowing your clairvoyancies, some of you have them overshadowing your clairaudience. Alfred is waiting, he has actually heard words a couple times have you not?

Alfred:
Yes. A couple of times somebody said my name when there was absolutely nobody around me. I think it's like they were just poking me...

Hans:
Trying to get your attention.

Alfred:
Got my attention. But for example, I am basically clairsentient. That's my main focus. My main way of receiving information. On occasion I do see things. And then there's just other people that hear Spirit just like you're like talking to or hearing us through the microphone right now.

Hans:
Which is kind of how I hear it. Although it drives Alfred crazy. I try to explain to him, there's no better way to develop this than through clairsentient. And so what we do is teach you your fundamentals or your base. What is your base. And then how to grow from your base into your clairaudience if you have those vibrations, or your clairvoyancy if you have those vibrations. So that we give you an opportunity to cover just about everything. So everyone can learn. Everyone can learn to talk to the Godforce. Everyone can learn how to receive information that might help you to understand to turn left or to turn right or yes or no. One of the things I've always said is: Wouldn't it be nice if you could develop yourself to a point of getting answers – yes or no. Just think what that would do for you in your lifetime. Just think what that would do. It would be amazing, would it not? Alright Alfred, I think that concludes the lesson for today.
