Topic: Electronic Device Addiction
September 19, 2015

HANS:
Hi Everybody. Today’s topic is “Electronic Device Addiction.” I want to talk a little bit today, if I might, a little more about gadgets. We’ve been getting an awful lot of emails from people saying - a fair warning to everyone - when you’re using, I call them, the iPhone, but any subsequent product of that nature, when you’re continuing to use those on a daily basis, you begin to fracture the electromagnetic energy that you were born with. The vibrational field of the phone literally distracts you and pulls you more into your human-ness and away from the spirit of who you are.

ALFRED:
If I may translate… You get dragged into the dark side.

HANS:
Literally. I know people who simply go from one electronic device to the next, to the next, to the next, throughout their entire day. They can’t exist without having some electronic impulse into their consciousness.

ALFRED:
When does this become a problem? It becomes a problem when you substitute social life, social interaction with electronic interaction.

HANS:
I think that’s true, but I want to go to another place. I think it becomes a problem when you have to. Or you begin to feel out of sorts, if you don’t.

ALFRED:
Yes.

HANS:
Then you have like, people who drink too much... it does become a dependency. I have a client that came to my office the other day, everybody, and I’ve known her for a very long time and she gotten hooked on her iPhone, and every five minutes she pulled her iPhone out of her purse and looked to see if she got a message. And I finally had to stop the appointment and say, “Judy, honey, you’re distracting me.” She said, “I know, but I think I heard a vibration from the phone. It could be important.” Folks, how did we live when we actually had pay phones? The other day Alfred and I were actually somewhere...

ALFRED:
...at the airport.

HANS:
At the airport, where there was a bank of pay phones on the wall and we both looked at the pay phones and he looked at me and I looked at him and we went, "Wow!"

ALFRED:
So what is the issue with that spiritually speaking, where is the lesson?

HANS:
The lesson is it’s another addiction to keep you away from who you actually are.

ALFRED:
Okay, so that’s the first lesson.

HANS:
So it’s meant to distract you. Everything on television, everything on the radio, now on your computer, now at the gas station. I went to the gas station the other day to fill up my car and it wouldn’t give me the gas until I read an ad in the little box on the screen, and I had to answer the ad "yes or no" before it would give me the gas - which I’d already paid for.

ALFRED:
You all know what we think of media, mass media in general.

HANS:
And so we’re being led, like a bunch of lemmings, into using these gadgets that record our every move. We now know when people wake up, when they go to bed, what market they shop at, what bank they go to, and I noticed there has been a little bit of rebellion Alfred, from some the younger people now who are getting rid of their iPhones and who are coming off the Internet.

ALFRED:
Well that’s good actually, because the second lesson that we want to introduce to you is being in the now... is those phones really say something that could change my life, a message, something could come to me, which is why you’re constantly checking it, constantly using the Internet to search for something, instead of being in the moment. Instead of being social, instead of interacting with the person who’s in front of you, instead of paying full attention to where you are, who you’re with and what you’re doing. Instead, you’re looking to the other to the other side of the fence to see if the grass greener, did the green grass come in my home.

HANS:
While I was away from my phone did my life change and I don’t know it? Now back in my day folks, there was something called a pay phone, and if you needed to phone home you put a dime in and you dialed your house to see if everything was okay. In my day, we gathered around the TV to watch a particular program and then everybody got to comment on the program afterwards. It sounds like I’m reacting like an old guy.

ALFRED:
No, no, it’s a huge thing, especially with families. That’s one of the things my friend Dan pointed out, is that every single time he goes out in Los Angeles and sees a family, each member of the family pulls out their phone and doesn’t talk to one another. And Hans and I have seen this, also. It’s not just that we are worried about you being in the now, losing social skills, we’re also worried about family interaction... is because parents think an iPhone or an iPad is a good babysitter, but what are they giving up? They are giving up interaction with each other, communicating with each other, sharing with each other.

HANS:
The other night we went to this little barbeque place, and there was a very nice young couple who had two little daughters, beautiful children. And the minute they sat down, before they ordered, they said, “Let’s see Grandma. Let’s see if she’s sent a message. Let’s go see where were going to go tomorrow.” And they were indoctrinating their children, both the husband and the wife, into how important the cell phone really was.
Folks what we are losing is our ability to talk to each other. It’s so important. We now don’t sit down and write a card. Alfred calls it snail mail. I call it the polite way and the proper way to send notices. We used to send letters, we used to send cards, birthday cards. Now everything is quick, simple - here pay for it on the Internet, boom off it goes, you no longer have any responsibility. I want all of you to look at that and see if maybe you’ve become guilty of some of that.

ALFRED:
So just be aware of your personal energy. If you personal energy is frantic, scattered, fractured and you continue to go down the path of looking on the Internet, looking on your phone for whatever it is, but if this frantic energy doesn’t go away, then considering where you’re looking for what you need, it’s probably the wrong place. Probably less of your cell phone would be better to calm you down, to straighten out your energy. More social interaction, family interaction, personal socialization.

HANS:
You know I even know a client who, when they go to watch a movie with their family, actually has an iPad that they play a game on at the very same time they’re supposed to be watching a movie and think nothing of it. What I’m saying to everyone is - why not try to find a wonderful calm place in your life, where you take the cell phones, the iPads, any of the electronic devices, turn them off and put them in a drawer? I can hear everyone right now saying, “Oh what if somebody calls?” Well, what if? We survived without these devices for thousands of years. Maybe it’s time to sit down with your partner, your family, your friends, just to be there. The new thing I saw recently is that what is considered to be proper etiquette now is when someone comes into your house, they have to hand you their cellphone and turn it off and it’s put in the drawer by the front door and when you leave you’re given it back. Alfred, I think that’s a wonderful idea, don’t you?

ALFRED:
Creating boundaries. I think is a good lesson to consider is - what are your boundaries for your cell phone, for your gadgets? For example, I won’t put my work email on my iPhone. I won’t. I don’t care. You have to draw some boundaries when you are visiting people. Do you put your phone off? Do you take it off? Do you focus on the person that you’re focusing on - do you have down time? Or are you succumbing to the pressures of work or the pressures of twitter.

HANS:
You know, Alfred, you and I travel, and have you noticed that the minute the plane lands, the first thing everybody does is race for their iPhone? Turn their phones on?

ALFRED:
So what we’re trying to tell you in this lesson is: look at creating boundaries. This goes back to one of our basic basic lessons that we’ve been talking about is create space for nothing.

HANS:
Yes. It’s one of the first things I taught you.

ALFRED:
That was a hard lesson. Oh, my God.

HANS:
He fought me on that one. He said, “What do you mean nothing?” He had been taught that if you had nothing in your mind you were failing.

ALFRED:
There was something you could be doing.

HANS:
Something you could be doing.

ALFRED:
What does that sound like? Human-ness!

HANS:
This morning I went outside and I sat on a chair and I looked at the sunrise, and there were all these little birds around. We had gotten some bread and I was feeding these little birds and they were all coming up on the table. I was just talking to these birds and I realized that in that moment there was no place on earth that I would rather be. I was where I wanted to be and doing exactly what I wanted to do. How many of you can say that anymore? I shut my cellphone off. I don’t want to hear it. I’m not interested in who wants to get a hold of me at that moment because that moment belongs to me and my God and those birds. So think about what you’re doing, folks, and try to free yourself up a little bit from the compulsive behavior that causes you to have to consume your mind with all this technology.

ALFRED:
And that’s the spiritual path. It’s when you are not looking, you will find what you are looking for.

HANS:
Always.

ALFRED:
When you are looking, you are actively engaging your human-ness which separates you from that which you are looking for.

HANS:
You know what’s interesting, you had a heck of a time learning that from me and now you are teaching it.

ALFRED:
And now the joke is, in order to reach higher states of consciousness you need to separate from that which separates you. That’s part of my automatic writing class, again, to separate from that which separates you. In this lesson we’re telling you to separate from your gadget in order to create space for Spirit to enter your life. To be in nature, to be with other human beings, to socialize, to have family and friends.

HANS:
Exactly. You know, Alfred, I talked to one of our client friends today and he said to me, “I don’t know what I would do without my iPhone,” and I heard Spirit say, “ And that child, is your problem.”

ALFRED:
Exactly. That is the problem, because it is an addiction. If you’re looking for a high, there’s two ways. You can get your high by being addicted to substances, items, iPhones, gadgets, alcohol, whatever it is you’re addicted to.

HANS:
Anything that distracts you.

ALFRED:
To get your high and that is a human approach. Or you can get your high by letting go and surrendering and forming your relationship with that which is always around you. You can’t form that relationship if you have an addictive behavior to something, whatever that is, not just a substance but even an electronic device.

HANS:
You know Alfred, one of my long time clients has three boys and he couldn’t get them off all the gadgets at school and all these things and the mother used to say, “Well I can’t fight them, I might as well join them.” He hauled everybody down to Costa Rica, to a town called Ramon, and they don’t have any cellphones, they don’t have internet. The kids have learned to make friends and their whole lives have changed.

ALFRED:
So if you’re a parent and you’re looking for spiritual ways to raise your kids, it’s to teach them you may find what you’re looking for by disconnecting.

HANS:
So in other words, it goes back to the old teaching - less is more. Basically.

ALFRED:
Yes.

HANS:
The less occupied your mind is with objects, the more spiritual truth and value you’ll get.

I think we’ll go ahead and conclude the lesson for today.

Topic: Communicating With Spirit
August 8, 2015

HANS:
The topic for today is "Communicating With Spirit: Intuitive Development."  Hello everyone. Welcome, welcome. What a beautiful day. I'm just looking out my windows here at all the beautiful trees. I have Pine Trees, Birch Trees, Ash Trees, Poplar Trees... You name it, it's out here. A wonderful day today here in Asheville, North Carolina.

I've been getting a few questions from people who say: How do I know what kind of gift I have? Well as most of you know, there's the ability to be clairsentient. There's the ability to be clairvoyant... clairaudient... some of you have healing energies... some of you have a combination of all of these. So let's talk about the first one - clairsentience.

Clairsentience is an ability to receive information from The Other Side without necessarily seeing it or hearing anything. And I've often said some of the greatest Mediums I have even known, never saw anything, never heard anything. But they have what we call "a quiet knowing" or "a quiet understanding." Now Alfred had that in the beginning and he was able to develop that and he's still doing so. Almost everyone, at some level, is clairsentient.

ALFRED:
Yes. Everyone has the ability to receive information from Spirit. At least on a clairsentient level. What that means is that you can interpret the frequency and vibration and the energy of Spirit. Some call it a gut feeling, some call it woman's intuition, sometimes you've said I just feel I should do this or say that. That is clairsentience. Everyone has that. The question is whether or not you pay attention to it.

HANS:
Now, in the classes that we give on-line and in-person, one of our jobs is to help you to understand the call signs for what you do have. And many of you, I'm very delighted to say, have begun to work with your clairsentient abilities, begun to help open some doors for you. And this really makes a difference when you get an impression and then you follow through with the impression. And you say: Oh my gosh, I knew that. I don't know how I knew it, but I knew it.

I'd like to talk a little bit longer about what are the possibilities in being clairsentient. And one of the possibilities is to walk with your hand holding Spirit. In other words, to believe that you are being given and fed information... not questioning it whatsoever... just knowing it. And when you do that, your broad-band of your intuitive development center opens wider. And speaking of broad-band... Alfred?

ALFRED:
So what we're trying to say is has to do with Trust, Faith, and Belief. Trust that what is coming through is actually for you. Faith that there are people above you watching over you that are there for your highest good. Belief that you can actually receive information from your Guidance. The more that you surrender into those, the more you will be able to use your clairsentient abilities.

HANS:
And the big lesson in this is Trust and Belief. If you continue to look for what you think you had you're going to block it from coming in. Your job is to "know" you have never not been disconnected. Never. You can never be disconnected from Spirit. That's impossible.

So when you begin to say: Oh, I already am connected. I'm just learning how to work with this connection. The doors open even wider. Being clairsentient means: I believe, I trust. How did that work for you in the beginning, Alfred?

ALFRED:
It was pretty scary.

HANS:
Yeah.

ALFRED:
It was really scary when you first start trying to believe that there is something that you can understand... that you've never read, that you've never talked about, that you never studied, that you never learned, you've never watched on television, but all of a sudden this information comes to you. That really scares the heck out of your brain.

HANS:
It does. The brain doesn't know how to deal with it. The brain knows how to deal with what it calls a "known." But an "unknown" is another matter entirely. So folks, if you feel that you are clairsentient, then your job is to work on your belief system. That's going to be the key here, to grow that. Working on the belief system.

ALFRED:
So onto the next topic. Let's get over to more mediumistic skills. Clairsentience is more of a psychic skill. Psychics interpret the energy and the vibration of Spirit, of Guidance. More mediumistic skills, the first one is clairvoyance – is the ability to receive images from The Other Side.

HANS:
Now, if you're clairvoyant, which so many of you are, you would have, since childhood, gotten little flashes of wisdom... little pictures... little quiet understandings. And those things tended to happen. They tended to come true. You may have seen shadows. You may have seen misty clouds. Those are all part of the development of intuitive aspects of your body.

Spirit, in the beginning, has to readjust the electromagnetic energy in your system in order to become more in-line with their energy. So, as you raise your vibration, their job is to lower theirs. Okay? Until you get somewhere in the middle where it makes it easier to communicate. And that's exactly what happens is we teach you how to get in-line with spiritual vibration.

One of the things that I think is very important is that you not try so hard. Have a quiet knowing that you're clairvoyant and The Spirit is working with you. But when you sit real hard and you try to manifest something or see something, you really lose the value of the natural flow of the energy. Alfred, any comments?

ALFRED:
With all spiritual practices, your first job is to surrender, is to let go, is to be a blank slate. And to wait for something to come "to" you. It's not your job to go out and get the images. It's your job to be calm, to be peaceful, to be in a meditative state, and wait for Spirit to give you information.

In this place, you're waiting for them to give you a picture. Now it's very, very important during the development of your clairvoyance is to explain to The Other Side when you get something. To say: I see red... I see blue... I see pink. A lot of times our students start out by seeing just a single color.

HANS:
Yes. Oftentimes a color or a shape. A lot of times people will see circles or squares or again a puff of smoke. These are all indications that you are operating closer and closer with The Spirit. I used to tell these things to Alfred and he used to say I was not playing with a full deck. Now he doesn't say that anymore.

ALFRED:
So as you're developing your clairvoyance, you need to communicate with The Other Side what you're getting. And the more you tell The Other Side what you're getting, the more They can say: Okay, let's try to work in a similar way and the more detailed the pictures will become.

HANS:
Absolutely. So just know that yes you can. Yes you can. It's a matter of working hard at it and accepting it. And we teach you all these things on our website and in all the classes that we do. Now the next thing I'd like to talk about is one that's been very dear and near to my heart for years and that's clairaudience.

Clairaudience is the ability to actually hear The Spirit, hear voices. Sometimes people say: Well I hear like when I walk into a certain room in my house... or I walk down the hallway, I can hear a little rustling sound or I hear what I think are voices... very muted, very muffled. What is that? You're passing very, very close to what I call a little vortex in spiritual energy that allows you to actually hear that.

That's a very good sign for those of you who are developing your clairsentient abilities. Many times, many times, you'll hear your name called. Alfred, the other day you heard you name called I think.

ALFRED:
As clear as a bell. I thought it was Hans calling my name.

HANS:
Once that process begins, over time, The Spirit begins to open the door if They see the person is not being frightened by the event. They open the door to help that person to develop their clairaudience.

So these three things that we're talking about today are all handled in our Intuitive Development Class.

ALFRED:
Yes. But one thing that we try to explain to you in the Class, and we're just giving you a little tidbit here, is everyone is clairsentient. Everyone can receive vibration, energy, guidance from Spirit. Some people are clairvoyant and can receive pictures. Mediumistic skills that we're talking about here, such as the ability to "hear" The Other Side are reserved for Royalty... Great Masters...

HANS:
(Laughing)

ALFRED:
So if you're hearing voices, that's actually really good.

HANS:
That's a a really good sign. And some people, like we say, are possessed of all three. But they don't know and psychiatrists tend to call it crazy.

ALFRED:
And we're trying to telling you that's a really great thing.

HANS:
Congratulations is what we're trying to say.

ALFRED:
You can actually have communication with The Other Side as if you're having communication with someone here. And what we're trying to say here is communication, it is a two-way communication, in all three types of ways that we're reviewing. Especially in clairaudience, it's not just about "hearing," it's about your ability to speak back with The Other Side.

HANS:
I had a very interesting question come in the other day. Does your environment... can it hinder or help your development? The answer to that is: Yes. If you live in a very stressful city in a very stressful place, then you need to turn your home into a sanctuary or a room into a sanctuary where peace is what you hear. Having a water feature, for instance, a little fountain which you can even produce on your computer to drown out background noise is important.

I used to have a very large group and we had always sat with a water feature because it was in the business section in Los Angeles and another one in the Bay Area. And it harmonizes better. So try to find a safe place. So for those of you who live in a big, bustling city, don't think you can't do this. You can, but with certain little preparations.

The biggest thing we hear, where we live, are the birds. Alfred's birds. He feeds the birds. Last night Alfred was blessed to have seven raccoons on the deck. And the raccoons are now are so big that they can't get through the slats on the deck. They have to climb over the deck.

ALFRED:
They're very well fed.

HANS:
They eat better than he does, let's put it that way. Okay?

Alrighty, I think that will conclude the lesson for today.

Topic: Modern Day Fears
July 7, 2015

HANS:
Hello everybody. Happy 4th of July to all of you and to our beautiful country. The topic for today is "Modern Day Fears." I've been getting a lot of emails from people, very concerned about the government coming out and giving its warning, and the pundits about terrorist attacks during this holiday. And the pundits, as I've said, coming out and really revving it all up and trying to sensationalize things.

Folks, the chances are that none of you will ever be affected by something of this nature. It is a difficult time and I'm not going to play light with it. But if you move yourself into the light... This is a wonderful opportunity to practice what we've been trying to teach you throughout the years. Do not be affected by the appearance of things. You see, they're not saying: There will be an attack. They're saying: Well... there might be... we don't know... but our job is to let you know that the social media traffic from the terrorists is up... and...

Folks, shut it down please. Don't go there. Don't be afraid of something that you simply don't know. Go about your daily life. We have a tendency, sometimes, to be more afraid of what we don't know than what we do know. Because at least if we know something we can handle if - if we don't know, then our mind chatter takes over. So don't allow your mind chatter to take over.

I had an email yesterday from someone saying to me: Are we going the way of Greece? Is this what's going to happen? Should I take my money out of the bank?  Where should I send my savings? Folks, if the United States goes down, everybody goes down - period. We are the Bank of the World - not the Chinese, not the British, we are.

And I will tell you right now we are, as I told you some time ago, recovering from this hellacious situation we found ourselves in with our banking industry and our stocks. And so it's time for all of you, who have been sending me these emails, telling me how worried you are, how concerned you are, to begin to practice what I've been trying to teach you lo these many years. If you search for fear, you will find it. If you allow fear into your heart, it will live there.

Remember, maybe about 2 or 3 months ago, Alfred, we did a Show called "Doubt and Fear Can Only Live In The House You Build?" Remember that?

ALFRED:
Yes. And what we're trying to say here is that fear is a choice. You can try to fear something you don't understand. You can try to fear what the Media tells you. You can try to be fearful, like other people tell you to be fearful. Or, you can make a choice "not to." And that's pretty much the basis of spirituality... is to go along with the illusion of humanness. In this case, fear of Greece, fear of terrorism, fear of... just watch FOX News and there will be 15 things to fear within the first 30 minutes.

Follow humanness “or” make a choice not to. So basically, are you creating a space for fear? Are you following the illusion? Or are you choosing “not to?"

HANS:
Thank you, Alfred. So what we're going to do is use today and all that's going on as an opportunity to not allow our internal fears to attach themselves to the imaginary fears that are out there. Yes, do we have terrible people in this world? We do. We have some very misguided people in this world. Are they hurting people? Yes, they are. And our hearts go out to every one who has been hurt by these people.

However, know in your heart that that fear and all of that hellaciousness can only come to visit us if we let it. Somebody said the other day: The moment we stop broadcasting all the stuff about ISIS and about all... it will start to disappear because it's done for headlines... to gain recruits. Okay? It is time for all of us to remember that that fear, that doubt, that anxiety, is being caused by our own emotions - not actually what's going on - but with our own emotions. So it's time to practice what we've been teaching you.

The crisis in Greece is unfortunate but we've known about it for a very long time. The Greek economy is only the size of the State of South Carolina, folks. It's not going to topple the world. It will never happen. The terrorists are terrible. Yes, we understand that. But the likelihood of you being hurt by them is less than being struck by lightening. So open your heart up to the possibility that maybe all this terror and all this fear is an opportunity for you to grow yourself spiritually.

ALFRED:
So what is a spiritual practice? How do you deal with this fear? Well, let's take an example that we have in Southern California - traffic.

(Hans laughing)

ALFRED:
Let's use a real concrete example. Most of the highways in Los Angeles are concrete... You're in traffic and you have two choices. You can be upset that you're in traffic or you can breathe and be peaceful in traffic. What's the difference? The traffic didn't change. Its what is your state of being while there is traffic.

Are you kind and do you bless people as they cut you off? Or do you get upset and have anxiety because there is traffic and have the tension of everybody else? The thing is - what is outside of you is not going to change. You can change your vibration, your frequency... what is “inside” of you. Okay?

So that is the first spiritual practice is can you actually have an influence on terrorism? Probably not. Can you any influence on Greece? Probably not. So the questions is - without anything changing outside of you, can you change the way you feel?

HANS:
So in other words, this is a wonderful opportunity to grow ourselves through this difficult time.

ALFRED:
Correct. And if someone comes up to you... if the Media comes up to you and starts telling you things you should be fearful about or start discussing politics. Your question is do you want to really want to change that person? Do you really want to change the News? Or would it just be simply a lot easier to say to that person: You know what? That really doesn't bother me. That really doesn't have an effect on my life. I don't want to be part of that conversation. Or turn off FOX News and turn on some wonderful Documentary about Africa or Travel or turn off the TV.

I haven't watched TV in about 15 years and I'm ever so grateful for it. And Lord knows I don't watch...

HANS:
Well you do watch Formula One.

ALFRED:
Formula One. I like race cars. Yes, that's my treat now. Off-road stuff, Formula One... Hans likes Travel... Or just turn the TV off and just go outside. The new ritual we now have here in Mexico is we wake up everyday and feed the turtles in the pond. That's our new ritual.

HANS:
We hope to have a video of that up at some point.

ALFRED:
Maybe we'll share that one...

HANS:
Yeah.

ALFRED:
So the whole point here is the very basic spiritual principle is you may or may not be able to change what is outside of you. You probably are not going to be able to change traffic in Los Angeles, terrorism, Greece going under, the U.S. economy... But what you can change is how you feel - the joy in your life, the love in your life. The vibration you give off...

HANS:
In other words, what you're willing to let in.

ALFRED:
Yes. And how you feel - your “perception” of life.

HANS:
Again it goes back to "perception." So, I was looking this morning and we're feeding these turtles and there's about 30 of them and they're of different sizes, but they're fresh water pond turtles... How many of you had the little ones with the red on the side of the cheek when you were a kid? Spirit said to me: They don't seem to be concerned about the Greek Crisis. They don't to be concerned about terrorists. They don't seem to be concerned about Mr. Trump. They just want to get some food. That's their focus.

And folks, are the turtles smarter than we are? They don't let that fear into their heart. They just want to know is someone going to give them grub today. And they can spot Alfred half the pond away and they start peddling across that pond, their little heads sticking up out of that water, and they race to start crawling up the side... In any case, we'll get it up and on our website.

ALFRED:
We'll send it out in the Newsletter.

HANS:
Yeah, that'd be great. That'd be great.

ALFRED:
We have a Newsletter coming out. Everybody get a Newsletter. Go to HansKing.com and join up for our Newsletter if you don't have it. And then, of course, we send out every month a free audio lesson. And you can SHARE that. If you get the Newsletter, please SHARE the Newsletter with your friends or anybody you'd like to share it with.

HANS:
Let's stop for a moment and remember we're celebrating our birthday for our country. Why don't we stop for a minute and think of all the good that's in our country... all the incredibly good people... all the good that's being done. We have a government that some people like and some people don't like. But they basically keep us safe. We have an economy that's the fastest growing economy in the Western World currently. Our currency is stable. We have a fairly decent health care system. We have so much to be grateful for.

So folks, turn off the pain and turn on the wonder. If you have children, take them to see some fireworks. If you're feeling lonely, go down and get in a group of people and start hollering and carrying on. Go see some parades. Open yourself up to all the wonder... all the possibilities that are out there. We're a great nation with great intentions. And let's remember to separate the nation from the politicians. There are two different things going on there.

Recently, we've had some Supreme Court Rulings that have upset some people. And thrilled others. In order to be a great nation, which Churchill once said: You will be judged how you treated your poorest of citizens... your most disenfranchised citizens. All people are equal. Let's stop the racism and division... all the stuff. And just remember at the end of every Show I say: And remember always that God does not love any one more in this world than you. Because it's the truth. That's a fact.

This particular show will be rather short today because we don't have very many questions. So let's use this opportunity today to remind ourself that we have a choice, as Alfred said, between being fearful and in doubt or being happy and feeding the turtles.

Alfred, that will conclude, for today, the lesson.
